A good business that goes above and beyond to assist customers
A good business that goes above and beyond to assist thier customers needs. Sadly there are some bad apples in the cart but nothing some customer service training would not fix. A very lovely and helpful lady in the Tonypandy store deserves praise as she goes above and beyond to rectify issues. Thank-you for all your help in sorting matters out.

Turned up 4 hours after I placed the order, when it finally arrived my items were not what I ordered, waited for them to return and exchange my items and no one showed up. Very disappointed with the service.
