Quite frankly an absolute shambles from…

Quite frankly an absolute shambles from start to finish, order placed at 610pm, delivery time kept moving until finally arriving at 11pm, almost 5 hours?

On speaking with the driver he told me had collected my items at 9pm but he had lots of other deliveries to do first, meaning by the time he arrived to my home, they had been out of the fridge for 2 hours, a complete sh!t show of an organisation, no explanation for the delay and constant moving of the delivery estimate, and clearly no idea of food hygiene standards, I would rate tonight's experience as below 1 out of 10

Dissatisfied with my experience

I ordered from Shopzey and even though I had paid my order via card the delivery driver refused to let me have my order because there was a mistake saying cash order even though the money had already been taken out of my account.

Delivery drivers are very polite

Delivery drivers are very polite, orders are 99% good .
But your delivery price has gone up and some of your products . Plus the deals have gone down hill . So unless it's an emergency I will not be ordering as often as I have over the past 2 years
