Delivery over 3 hours
Delivery over 3 hours. contacted help chat. was first told the drivers car had broken down. then they were stuck in the rain. then they'd be 20 minutes. then they had 25 orders. then 30 orders. ordered at 7:30, arrived at 11:40pm. no help from chat. was offered £5 voucher towards food from a local takeaway which i refused due to the food hygiene being poor. avoid these. help chat will lie to you, not help you. asked for a refund and didn't get a reply. got a knock on door off the delivery driver 5 minutes after. funny that.
Edited and Updated: Complaint was resolved by Jenna from Tonypandy. The fact that she had to call twice 2 sort it with the store is a bit dodgy, plus the 2 calls i had to chamge to my order and the phonecall today asking me to change this rreview. old review stays up, shows reslved. changed rating from 1 to 4 stars and that is, hand on heart, only because Jenna had the decency to look into it and get it resolved (5* fo Jenna though!). if it wasn't for her, this would stay the same. Have a word with your drivers please, like i said previously, you lot have been great up until the last 2 weeks, don't let some new delivery staff ruin it.

Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous. Thank you. I use shopezy a heck of alot as I'm up the top of a mountain. Staff from the shop are always smiling always chatty. Had an issue with a double payment taken as I was on route to London and older children at home when I put the order through it said not processed so did it again. Both payments taken but it was sorted pretty much straight away. Thank you.
