Fantastic experience with Espresso Solutions.
We urgently needed a specific La Marzocco copper tube to repair our espresso machine, which is essential for our coffee truck business. Despite the distance (UK → France), the order was processed very quickly, well packed and delivered without any issues.
Communication was clear and professional, and the part was exactly what we needed. Thanks to them, we were able to get our machine back in service in time for the market.
Highly recommended for anyone working with professional espresso machines.

Three Months Wasted and Then Asked to Pay More
I waited over three months for a part I ordered, with very poor communication. After this delay, I was told the supplier could no longer provide it and that I would need to pay a higher price for an alternative.
I did not want a refund; I wanted the part at the agreed price. Expecting a customer to absorb increased costs due to internal procurement failures is unreasonable. The order was eventually refunded after significant inconvenience and disruption to my business.
I will be raising this matter with Trading Standards.

Outstanding Service and Support
I contacted Espresso Solutions after attempting to repair my Fellow Ode grinder myself and running into issues. Their reply was incredibly quick, and they arranged shipping to their workshop straight away. Not only did they fix the grinder, but they turned it around so fast that they didn’t even charge for labour. It’s now working perfectly again. Brilliant service - highly professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Easier than shipping from US
Easy ordering and shipping process.
Products arrived without official packaging, just enclosed in protective wrap. Also didn't include all the bits one might expect when looking at the official product website.
