Delivered for collection a mile away
For some reason instead of a home delivery,
I had to collect from the CoOp.
I had to pay for parking (Only £1.60) but a waste of my time.
Not sure why this happened, they have been great with past orders

Hi Steve, sorry about this but on checking the DPD tracking apparently they tried to deliver it an as nobody was home they then delivered to a pick up point as its a signed for service, glad you have your item now call us in relation to the parking charge,

Disappointing
I bought an MVHR unit via the website, I didn't get any confirmation email, so on the promised delivery day I called the office to enquire. I was then sent an invoice with an apology. 30 minutes later, I had a phone call apologising and saying that the unit was not available from their suppliers and that I would be given a refund, which duly arrived.
On checking the website, the same unit is still on sale but at a price £200 higher, my assumption is that the lower priced stock had sold out and the company would rather let a customer down than take the loss on their mistake.

Having used Shop4electrical many times…
Having used Shop4electrical many times working for both myself and other employers it is a very obvious 'go to' choice for parts and equipment- the range of products, prices and customers service- including speedy delivery are hard to beat. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and service at some of the most competitive prices.

My deliveries have always been on time
My deliveries have always been on time, and when I had an issue with some lights that were damaged in transit , you reacted straight away so I was able to get the job finished on time.
Will definitely use you again.

Overall great service
Firstly the website is quite easy to use ordered some electrical items to be delivered at earliest convenience package arrived on time and as stated but unfortunately some of the items were not what I ordered however on contacting the supplier they immediately rectified this by getting the right service items sent out to me first thing the next morning which I regard as great service we all make mistakes overall very very pleased
Would definitely order from again, thank you very much
