Snuggly duvet
Lovely, snuggly duvet that holds its shape well and doesn’t bunch up in the duvet cover.

Comfortabe bed and delivered on time with good tracking
Delivered and assembled on time with good tracking information. Bed well made and comfortable - we went for a good firm divan bed and mattress to last with 4 drawers which cost a bit more but worth it for the quality and hopefuly longer lasting. NHS Blue light card also provide discounts sometimes

Recycling old mattress is much appreciated
Quality of mattress is exactly as described and after a few nights sleeping on it I can say it is very comfortable. Glad I decided on medium/firm and not firm as it is just right for me. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I did follow up with a phone call and the staff were very friendly and reassuring with regard to the actual delivery.

Excellent service
Very easy online purchase and amazingly quick delivery. The recycle service, which took away a large, heavy mattress, was essential for us and went very smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Silentnight again.

Great Support
We had a problem with our mattress and I believe quite strongly that when a company deals with your complaints it shows their true colours.
I have to say that Silentnight stepped up entirely to deal with our issue.
Their customer experience team were superb (with a particular mention to Rebecca) with excellent and prompt communication.

Ordering the bed and delivery was…
Ordering the bed and delivery was perfectly fine, however, one of the draws was broken when I unwrapped everything. Still able to fit the draw into the divan but not in perfect condition. Won’t be storing anything in that particular draw because of this. Disappointed.
