Had a faulty cup final shirt. Contacted them about my options and Alex was very helpful. Issued a refund pronto and I messaged them on Saturday and recieved a reply within hours.

After a mistake was made with an online order, Alex was excellent in guiding me through how to get a refund and re-order. NUFC offered me a discount as compensation.

I didn't get the right size shirt, I left a reflective review. Alex got in touch and said on the order that was the wrong size and then they sold out of stock he would refund 50% of the shirt. I think thats fair allthough they never got it right in the first place so minus one star. I'd rather have the right size than the refund hence why i paid that much for it. I still have a shirt though that i will frame. I hope they will learn their lesson from this and get to everyone on here and make them feel like family in which Amanda created. I don't want to hate any part of NUFC so I will forgive them this time. Thanks for the help Alex.

I Ordered cup final shirt on 17/3 to wear for the cup final celebrations. The order stated 3-5 days on the website unless I was getting it personalised. I was not so the 3-5 days stands. I complained to no affect other than an email to say it will take 10-12 as it is a special purchase! I disagreed. Nothing in terms and conditions about this. Since my complaint I have noticed a rather not in the spirit of a sale, change on their website as obviously more people had the same idea and have also complained! I do believe this could have been an attempt to change the T's and C's in their favour. However, I am guided by the Sale of goods act 1979 and the consumer rights act of 2015. The failure to deliver within the T's and C's of the purchase on that given date and within the agreed deadline (22nd March) is allegedly a breach under the consumer rights act 2015.
I have reported this to Alex twice and requested their input and escalation to their company directors however, no further communication nor rectification has been provided to resolve. This is Black and White!!!! The law has provided the regulation regardless of who you are. When you sell something with an agreed date and you don't provide the item or resolve, there are repercussions. We all spend thousands supporting Newcastle United and work hard for the pleasure and chance for enjoyment. I request you contact me to resolve the failure to provide that took 21 days to deliver - Not 3-5 and NOT 10-12 days

Ordered a Top on 16th of March, meant to be a 30th birthday present. After 2+ weeks waiting I was told it was lost before it could be shipped, and that a new one would be sent out, having to wait nearly an extra 2 weeks... I have finally received my top, nearly a month after ordering, never again will I buy from NUFC Shop. Not even an offer of a part refund or discount. Really really bad.

Awful ordered a cup final jersey three weeks ago and was sent the home jersey with no cup final detail on it. Alex said he would send me a replacement but he already knew the shirt was sold out?. He issued a refund but this was a bad experience.

I had entered my foreign address erroneously, and in my attempts to fix it customer support (Alex in particular) kept in contact with me in a friendly, helpful and explaining fashion. Very thankful for that.

I ordered a few t shirts and the quality is very good. Quite quick to deliver as well.

Prompt and polite, Alex was great, my problem is I still haven't got my order and I cannot get expected delivery date.

Refunded money for League Cup Final program, 2025, as arrived somewhat battered from air mail. Its the first program that I have ordered for many years and found the content of the program not as good from as my last purchase. But thank you for the quick response from NUFC for resolving this.

When I realised I made a mistake in my order, I emailed and they sorted it out straight away. Really good customer service.

When my parcel could not be located, I got in touch with customer service and got an immediate solution to the matter. Alex arranged a replacement asap. Great customer service!!!!

Had one item from my order be reimbursed back into Klarna and wasn’t quite sure on why it hadn’t gone back into my account and Alex from customer service was so amazing ! Quick and efficient response and was a lovely individual to speak to! Spectacular service.

I had ordered two home tops - cup final additions- for my boys. After some time, it became apparent that the parcel company had lost the parcel. I logged a query with NUFC shop at 10am and a refund was granted by 11am. This meant I was able to purchase the tops in person without the fear of overspending.
Due to the excellent service from NUFC shop, my boys were able to be ‘final day ready!’

Communication was quick and very efficient.

Ordered cup final shirt when i got it it had a fault on it emailed them about it after hours Alex emailed me straight back within a couple of days i received my new shirt i was worried that i wouldnt receive it before wembly match but Alex went above and beyond to make sure i got it on time

Great sale prices, emailed out of hours one query about a delay with Evri and got a response within minutes, very impressively and swiftly resolved.

I ordered a ladies 2XS size Wembley top and realised 30 minutes later that the kids sizes had been added to the website where I ordered a 11-12 years size. I requested to return the ladies 2XS size and was initially informed as this was classed as a personalised item it was not eligible for return/refund. I emailed back to NUFC to explain my situation and why I ordered the ladies size, that I'd be happy to exchange for a larger size and pay the relevant postage. NUFC came back to me and said they would refund in full and provided a free return postage label.
Alex in the customer services team could not have been more helpful, professional and prompt with his/her reply's.

I've only knocked a star off because of your choice to use in post as a courier! But if I was reviewing Alex and only Alex it would be a straight 5!
She was amazing in helping me with my stolen parcel (and that's exactly what it was, stolen because I'm not thick) she straight away responded to me and resent my parcel put via a different courier and staying intouch with me as much as possible! For someone who's just came off maternity leave, money was a struggle and being £82 down with no good delivered would of been horrific, it was for my partner for valentines day who is a massive massive fan.
I'm happy I did get the top eventually (all thanks to Alex) just goes to show this company actually cares about their fans and customers.
