I was in the Newcastle shop on Thursday night, I was struggling with kit for my grandchildren & a lovely lady called Emily really did go above and beyond to help me out.

I can’t thank her enough for her polite, helpfulness, she was very knowledgeable & really did take her time to help me.

Alex is a legend. Sorted an issue within minutes. Up the toon!!

Initial service was poor, but at no fault of Newcastle United. Evri twice failed to deliver an item, then subsequently lost the parcel.

I emailed the NUFC club shop and Alex responded immediately, despite it being 8pm. A new item was ordered, and a refund given for the previous costs - very well done and with minimal effort!

Alex is a credit to NUFC, his actions to resolve the issue were exactly what was required.

At end of Nov I ordered an NUFC graphic shirt for my son-in-law for Christmas. After wearing a couple of times the graphic began peeling off. Contacted the shop and basically they kept fobbing me off saying it was outside the 30 day refund window (despite the fact 26 days of that had already expired before he actually received the shirt!) and more irritatingly claimed it was as a result of ‘normal wear and tear’! I even contacted the complaints team at NUFC who again just quoted the 30 day refund period! Basically they had my money and weren’t interested in replacing or refunding so was ripped off with a poor quality shirt, certainly wouldn’t but anything from them again! Avoid!
*Update* - the day after posting this review I received a further email saying that a replacement shirt had been sent and an apology for the inconvenience, so happy with the result and thank you!

My name is Stephen Allday and I am here on vacation/working break from Sydney Australia. I visited the Gateshead Metro Centre NUFC shop to purchase two shirts for my son and have badges put on them. Latterly I went back to have a further badge put on, plus ask questions about further purchases.

Such was the professional and customer focused service that I received I felt I needed to write this email.

The person that served me was named "Tom", he is an absolute credit to your company, helpful, polite and prepared to go the extra mile.

I placed an order online and still 2 weeks later had not received it - I had contacted the delivery company multiple times and received no response. I emailed the NUFC shop customer services explaining the situation and within an hour Alex responded confirming they had reissued my order and it would arrive within 7 working days, my replacement arrived 2 days later! The customer service is absolutely brilliant and very efficient!

I've always been impressed by the speed and efficiency of my package deliveries, which usually arrive within a week to the USA. Recently, however, I encountered an issue when one of my packages was marked as delivered but was nowhere to be found. I reached out to NUFC's customer service, and I was satisfied to receive a response from Alex within six days, who was proactive in helping me resolve the issue. Luckily, my package, along with another order I was waiting for, was delivered the very next day. Their commitment to addressing the situation made the process seamless. Two pullovers which I wanted were online but not in the shop.

So happy to have received the Newcastle United top all the way over here in the U.S. My husband was over the moon to receive in a reasonable timeframe. He's already wearing it with pride. Great customer service and great quality product!

I had an issue with the InPost delivery option I chose at checkout, and as such, my parcel was sent back to the Newcastle shop warehouse before I could pick it up (my fault, not the club’s fault).

However, the customer support I received was brilliant in helping me recover this. I spoke to Alex, who was very quick to contact the warehouse on my behalf and ensure the item was reshipped to my home address, at no extra cost, and I received the item within the week.

They’ve made a Newcastle fan very happy indeed! :-)

Ordered Thursday and arrived Monday, great service. Love the new Newcastle retro shirt. Looks so nice. Howay the lads!

Package arrives quickly about 8 days with name and number on shirt, little problem with delivery company leaving parcel out side my home but Alex was very helpful with everything chasing them up and offering to send new items out again.

Hi ordered off newcastle shop, a cup, beaker and glass before Christmas for my little boy.
The cup arrived smashed to pieces and the beaker was dinted all over
I got in touch they said send them proof with pictures which I sent,
Then they got back and was asking me to send the goods back before they released the the new ones, and wanted me to pay to send them back I refused to pay for anything as its not my fault.
And now they are just ignoring my emails and it is now 6th of January and I ordered them well before Christmas
My little boy is 8 years old and he loves the club

Alex was so helpful. I was unable to generate a returns label online as it was out of the returns window. She did it for me and emailed the barcode over

Alex at NUFC sorted my mistake out straight away and resolved something that could of been problematic.

Complete shambles, customer s vice does not exist, get my items sorted as 2 weeks later and no one doing anything is unacceptable

I placed an order in October (early Christmas shopping), unfortunately due to some problems it was never despatched. However, after contacting Customer Services the issue was rapidly resolved and my order was promptly despatched and delivered. Correspondence with the Customer Service Department was timely and very effective and after an unfortunate start, my experience was good. Thankyou Alex.

My mug arrived broken so i contacted customer services and within minutes they had replied and sent out a replacement mug. Alex in particular dealt with my issue swiftly.

5-7 days advertised on website, still waiting 14 days later for UK delivery,
Birthday gift now very late.
Need to learn how to do the business.

If I could give them -5 stars that would be appropriate worst customer service I've ever encountered they don't reply to emails I never received my order I got a random sweatshirt from cotton traders 🤷🤷 not even the same company will not reply to emails for refund so I'm £50 out of pocket rip off scammers.
