Excellent service

I was reaching out to the NUFC Shop by email after a purchase, got a quick response, a very positive approach and help with my problem. I have ordered a lot of stuff (for example three times in the last month) and never had any problems, when I got one they sorted it very quick and professional. I would like to thank Alex for the great help and the positive attitude!

I visited the Newcastle shop last week for the first time with my grandson. Every member of staff who helped us was first class! Helpful, friendly and efficient, there are many stores out there who should follow their example! First class service.

I had an issue with the printing on the back of a shirt (24/25 Retro Shearer 9).
The customer service team were very responsive and provided a postal service for the return and arranged a replacement without question.
Really great service all round and the support made up for the disappointment of the issue with the shirt.

I experienced an exceptional service from Alex, a member of the consumer service staff, super diligent and very kind, he resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. Great service

Ordered the 2024/2025 Third Shirt as a gift for my birthday (wife said get what you want!). There was an issue with stains...they refunded me. I bought a second - same issue. They asked that I ship this one back (on them) so they could evaluate it. They shipped a replacement upon receipt AND refunded me (less shipping) for the second one as well!
Top notch support and service and the third attempt turned out wonderful.

I made a mistake with my delivery address but Alex sorted it straight away. Thanks for your help :)

Ordered the Caribou Cup winners shirt along with a few other items, which arrived swiftly.
All items were great, except the winners shirt which had a slight type error. I messaged customer services and they were swift in their response, communicating the options I had and the process needed.
The matter was resolved quickly and professionally. I would love to thank the team at customer services and especially Alex, for doing a great job! Many thanks.

I placed an order for Carabao cup winners uniform, but somehow there was no updates on my delivery tracking record for 2 weeks. So I contacted Newcastle united official shop customer supports and they replied me so promptly. I was satisfied with their efforts.

Communication is always key in all walks of life! Alex and their team were exceptional in this. I order 2 x winners shirts, and, as expected the demand was very high. Alex keep me informed with progress and when I would expect to receive the items. What more could one ask for. They arrived within the time frame suggested and are being proudly worn..

I bought my son the NUFC Lego coach and it was missing 2 bits of Lego. I emailed NUFC support and they replied straight away issuing me with a refund. Brilliant service thanks to Alex.

I recently ordered the cup final top
For my son personalised, unfortunately after 2 washes the lettering on the back started to peel. I contacted customer services who gave me 3 options, I decided to return the top for a replacement. By this point only the winners tops were available but they were out of stock everywhere. Alex swiftly helped me out, informing me when the tops were back in stock and was generally a pleasure to deal with. It’s a breath of fresh air to have some help from someone who genuinely wants to help. Thanks so much Alex, your help has been very much appreciated and I now have a very happy 8 year old.

I ordered a winners shirt for my daughter’s birthday - it was getting close to the day and I hadn’t received the shirt . I emailed tge customer services team and they went that extra mile to help me . The shirt arrived on her birthday and she was over the moon ! Thank you Alex and your team

Ordered winners 25 shirt, had notification of potential delay with delivery due to demand. Alex and team replied quickly to emails and shirt arrived within timeframe and a check in email to see that all was well! Thanks!!
