I have received a request to provide a review for items not received.

Made an order and received a conformation but it has not been delivered and it’s impossible to get any response from customer service. I have been charged in full and no way to cancel

I haven’t received my order yet and have contacted Medela but no response. The pump was ordered on the 2nd April so I would expect some update by now.

Same as everyone else on here.

Returned pump.

Kept being charged regardless.

Customer support do not answer phone calls or emails.

Had to tell bank to blacklist company.

Pump doesn't work, it made me think my supply was rubbish, would use for 25-30 minutes on opposite side while baby was feeding and would get maybe 5-10mls just got a hand held one and used it after this pump and got 100mls in 15 minutes. So disappointed

Excellent product, hassle free order ans quick delivery. I was upgrading from a manual pump and this was recommended to me. Game changer. Thank you

Great product but didn’t have a choice on cup sizes when ordering so thought it would come with a selection of different sizes. However it didn’t so i have had to order these separate in my size. Making the product not such a great price now!

The item arrived in good time. Reduced price seems more appropriate due to some issues. The size of the cups is nice and it is easy to use. Suction is good. Item looks good and the parts are easy to clean and assemble. The main issue is the flange size - it only comes with 24 or 21 - why don’t customers get the chance to choose? Why not providing / offering the smaller flanges? Even having 24, 21 AND 17mm would be better. If I went to a clothes shop I wouldn’t be expected to buy clothes two or three sizes bigger. I know I can get adjustments but these costs more and are not as comfortable to use. Also the lid cover is a bit difficult to open and close , I do worry that it will leak one day if I don’t close it properly. Overall though it is a better product than what I have seen and used elsewhere.

Horrible I gave birth and I didn't have the pump on time as they never sent me email that that have problems with the app. And supposed to deliver on Monday 12 at me I will received tomorrow so I have to see if everything is ok.

I have the Medela Solo breast pump and I love it. Without it I would not have been able to breastfeed 2 babies successfully and for as long as I have. I have recently moved to the hands free version of the Medela Solo for when I go back to work and it is brilliant! The help and support from customer services that I received when I had queries was honestly incredible!

I would give 10 stars if I could.
I ordered the Symphony pump rental while still in the hospital where I first tried it. The option of next day delivery meant I could have it on time when I got home and I could keep pumping. I realised after placing the order that I might need larger size shields so I emailed customer support who replied within minutes letting me know they sent the larger size free of charge.
The pump works great, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can express breast milk for my baby.

Medela Sports Nursing Bras
I love them - I was advised to get these by a friend - they have the razor back back but are nursing bras so they are comfy, soft and can be worn day or night. I am still pregnant so not tested with actual breastfeeding yet but they are really comfortable. I went to buy them from John Lewis but buying them direct from Medela was cheaper and quicker!

I’m delighted with the double hands-free collection cups that are compatible with my Medela swing motor. Checkout was easy, delivery was really quick. Medela products seem the most effective and reliable on the market after trying a few brands.

I bought a product from Medela. Delivery was on time, and I have not yet experienced the product. What annoys me is that at the checkout, there was no option to buy with PayPal, which was greatly announced. The system only offers to pay by card or Apple, or Google, but not with PayPal in three as it was announced. I contacted the customer service, and the answer was that PayPal has a problem, and they can not sort it out at the moment, despite the offer to pay in three instalments, as PayPal was still being visible. Purchases over £100 should be offered to be paid in instalments!

I bought the Keep Cool Nursing Bra Multi (3 in a pack) and the manual pump. It was delivered on time and I love the pump because I get more milk when I use it.
For the bras, I would suggest bigger straps for the larger bras like from XL as it digs into the skin because they are small and aren’t built to lift heavy breast

The delivery didn’t take too long but the breast shells I bought did not fit as they were pressing against my large nipples which made it really uncomfortable. It appears it only comes in one size which should have been made clear on the website that it would not fit on certain size nipples/ breasts. Worse thing of all is that I couldn’t even refund the item because the seal was broken, though how would I know if it fit or not without trying. Would not buy from here again.

Awful. Ordered item, was then told 1 day before delivery that they were out of stock and would need to wait 1 month before anything could be sent. I was also offered a refund. Called to get the refund but apparently there was only 1 person that could do it so left my details. Still no response days later £160 still due! Worst customer experience Ive had in a long time.

The Swing Maxi double hands free pump is a life saver. I came out of hospital after a re- admission with my newborn for feeding issues and needed an effective & practical pumping solution. The midwife recommended Medela & I got one on order. It’s brilliant, being hands free is fantastic and it’s more effective than the hospital grade one I’d been using. The app is probably the best bit as I need to track all the pumps, bottles, wees & poos etc to make sure we stay on track and I couldn’t find a good app before but this does it all. I also have to say a massive thank you to Kyle in customer services who was so helpful & made sure I received the pump & subsequent spare cups when I needed them. He made such a difference at a really difficult time for us so I’m extremely grateful to him and Medela.

My Medela pump was delivered as expected. However, the Purelan cream included in the same order has not yet been delivered. I would appreciate clarification on when I can expect to receive it.
