Great communication and shipping was fast. My Guinea pig loved the products and enjoys having privacy in his beds. He also enjoys the toys and loves his spring themed cage.

I always love buying from Guinea Pigs Australia. They have a fantastic range of top quality products. My family and our piggies love the cages, liners, accessories and treats! The piggies especially love the free treats that we often get with our orders! The cages and liners have made caring for and cleaning up duties so much easier than other alternatives we have tried. Less time cleaning means more time playing with our furry potatoes!

Products were delivered quickly and the quality is excellent. My piggies now have a palace, thanks the Guinea Pigs Australia.

Everything went smoothly! All of the items were packaged nicely, nothing was missing. It's helpful that they also include an instruction link (QR code) and manual for the cage set up. I really appreciate the treats for my fur babies too. The only con was that I had to wait for my order to be ready for it to ship out (ordered 8th AUG, shipped 23rd AUG, arrived 1st SEP). But overall, it was still a very quick delivery if you don't consider the time I had to wait for the order to be ready. I highly recommend this service and their cage set ups for guinea pigs, rabbits and small animals alike!

Product looks ok but the packaging could have been much better as it was destroyed in shipping and as I brought it intou house the connectors were falling out and I was missing a total of 9 of them. Very sad as I was super excited about having a colored stand.
