I bought some of their period pants and they were awful. Badly made, very uncomfortable and leaked a lot. I filled out the form for the money back guarantee, providing the receipt and they have done everything they can to avoid honouring it. First they passed me around to multiple different email addresses and webforms, each one saying "No, try this other one instead," and finally they claimed they couldn't see the details on the receipt clearly, even though the details were perfectly visible. In short they have made excuse after excuse not to honour the money back guarantee for their awful product. I will never buy from bodyform again.

Used body form for many years and had no issue. Yet the pads from the recent purchases I experience the top layer coming apart from the bottom plastic layer.

Terrible customer service! I needed a size amendment for one item in my order and I emailed them within ten minutes of ordering. Despite getting a quick response they ultimately were completely useless after a few tedious messages back and forth I asked for them to cancel my order if they couldn't make the change. The only advice they give was tell me to not accept the order (they couldn't even facilitate an order cancellation bare in mind this is less than two hours from my original order). They were so unhelpful if they spent even half the energy they spent going back and forth arguing with me they could have got the original issue sorted. And the last cherry to top off my shocking interaction was when I asked for a mangers contact info they stopped responding to my emails.

I am so annoyed with the whole company, I even found a phone number for Body form where they told me they couldn’t help me with the period pants issue (despite being a contact number for body form ?) because they only deal with issues related to the pads and then hung up on me.

Honestly will never buy another body form product again! Will purchase always for pads and literally any other company for the period pants!

I just bought 2 pairs of period pants, unfortunately I DO NOT RECOMMEND as they are poor quality, both the fabric and the way they are made, you might get over the poor quality of the fabric, but the front part of the absorbent material is too low so your period will go over and you will get dirty 100% and the back part is too much. I have used another brand for more than a year now and I am really happy with it, I regret wasting my money on the Bodyform ones.

The extremely wide pad in the period pants makes you look like you have a huge vagina

Purchased some period pants under their satisfaction guarantee with the knowledge I could get a refund if I did not get on with them. It is safe to say, I did not get on with them with the gusset being uncomfortably large and the material cheap. I submitted a claim a month ago and have still not received a refund. Avoid this company.

My favourite brand but unfortunately tye quality changed! The pad crumble very fast. Nothing like it was before. No going to use it anymore.

I love Bodyform- I hate Always pads, that are so plasticky, highly perfumed and really irritate my skin.

Bodyform are comfy, feel natural and don’t cause irritation. I’m worried that it’s increasingly hard to find Bodyform in the shops- especially the night time pads. And I’m even more worried having read these reviews! Please keep stocking bodyform in as many shops as possible!

Not great material, come apart after wearing them all day, supermarket ones are cheaper and better, only bought these as the were cheapest super size pads available in corner shop, the other known brand was about £1 dearer, usually stick to cheaper supermarket ones as they are better value for money and judging by bodyform better quality as well.

Bought some period knickers and they were horrid! The fabric was so rustly and itchy fabric. Sounds like you have a carrier bag in your pants when you walk. Unable to refund ANY opened items even if you try them on over clothes and you will need to pay delivery to return to them. Do not buy from Bodyform!!! You can buy good quality from M&S and they won’t rip you off!

Worst experience ever!!!
After heavy bleeding I thought I would try there period pants and evening shorts.
I brought £200 worth of items and then paid £6 delivery for next day delivery (I was in so much pain and heavy bleeding I needed these items asap)
I took 2 weeks for my items to arrive even after I paid for next day delivery.
I had to order alternative pants because I needed my order asap so I thought if I emailed the company and explained I can just return the unopened unused items.
They said that I can return using my own postage cost ect. But I am now out of pocket of £12 delivery for two services because of the lack of customer service. Now they are saying they have not received my returned items even though it’s been sent delivered and signed for!! I will be taking this higher as surely companies cannot treat people so unfairly. I definitely would not recommend this brand. Beware | shop safe.

Absolutely diabolical. Took the plunge and bought period underwear. Thinking bodyform was a trustworthy brand I stupidly didn’t do my research. They arrived. Opened all 3 pairs and wow. Nappy in a pair of pants much? Because they have been opened they won’t refund them. Oh sorry…. As a new customer they will refund ONE pair. Of course, it’s at my expense to return their awful product. Do not. I repeat DO NOT buy their underwear. Stick to WUKA and ModiBodi. Trash company with trash values.

Their sanitary towels used to be brilliant. I never understood why anyone would buy Always over Bodyform. I found Always would practically disintegrate overnight, twisting inside and making a mess. Bodyform we’re never like that… until now?! What on earth has happened?! They don’t last half a day before the inside layers are a crumpled mess! I googled to see if anyone else had noticed and seeing all the awful reviews here it seems a once reliable brand has gone to pot! Will be finding a different brand.

I have used Bodyform for over 15 years and can honestly say they used to be absolutely great they were thick and I never leaked.
Now I have to change my pads so much more because they are so thin they leak. I am constantly running back and forth to toilet at work to check for leaks.
The night time ones are useless as well
I am very disappointed with this brand now.

It caused me candida, first, I thought it's from something else, but I noticed every time I use there pads it starts with lump in the vulva, then it hurts and burns like hell, with smelly excretion, my doctor said to not use them anymore, they come under different name in other countries called (Nana) from the same company, they both caused me the same. If there is 0 star I would click it

Terrible fit and not impressed. Offer a money back guarantee however got an automated message to say claim rejected . Avoid !!

Awful customer services and products.

DO NOT PURCHASE.

I ordered 3 period pants, using the size generator provided by them on their own website. The generator advised to buy a large according to my measurements. Upon receiving the three items, all different styles - I open them to check how they look. All 3 were massive and no where near my size, I emailed the customer services regarding this issue, to let them know the pants weren't even tired on let alone used. An automated useless response from them below. DO NOT waste your money on something that is clearly a money making scheme - for people that have never used period pants before STAY AWAY from bodyform. They have made sure that you have to open each individual package, so if you order more than one you cannot return any.

I now have 3 hideous period pants that are too big to wear and for anyone wondering what they look like.. they are visibly thick and have a visible pad area in comparison to other brands l have seen.

In todays climate this is a complete con, a company who knows that they have a good product don't need to use such tactics - boycotting all bodyform products.

£60 down the drain and this was as I had a voucher so it would have been almost £80 without it.

I think it’s disgusting how you put a pad in your advert on tv with blood onit.me as a female find in really unnecessary for that too be shown and would love too see it removed from tv advertising. Even my children n husband was disgusted

Used bodyform for YEARS and all of a sudden since they've changed their packaging, none stop irritation and rash, causing me to stop wearing pads half way through the week. Complained to customer services, and guess what... NO RESPONSE!! I guess they don't care about their buyers health! Very disappointed, taking business elsewhere to those who care about womens health!

Hideous customer service and appalling period pants. I have a couple of pairs of modibodi period pants which are amazing. The ones from Bodyform might as well come with a sign for your clothing to tell everyone you have your period the padding is so thick. They also feel incredibly plastic. Stupidly made the mistake of ordering two pairs and I’m unable to return them via the same process so will have to pay two return costs. Absolute rubbish. Product rubbish and customer service is rubbish. AVOID
