Brought the period pants as a more sustainable alternative to pads. I have worn them for two full cycles now, and even on my heaviest days i have had no leakage at all. They are generally pretty comfortable and fit great. So long as they hold up long-term, i have no plans on using anything else anytime soon.

I would not purchase from Bodyform…
I would not purchase from Bodyform again.
The product arrived packaged in brown paper with no additional tag or hygiene strip, meaning that simply opening the package to check the item is classed as “opened”. As a result, returns are not accepted “for hygiene reasons”, even if the product has never been worn or used…
Bodyform’s money-back guarantee does allow you to claim a refund, but only for one item, and it still doesn’t allow you to return the product. This leaves me with a pair of period pants that I have no use for, meaning they may ultimately end up being thrown away.
For a product marketed with environmental benefits, creating a situation where perfectly unused items cannot be returned and may go to waste feels very disappointing. I hope Bodyform reviews this policy and considers a more practical approach to packaging and returns.

Initially I was happy with the product…
Initially I was happy with the product I received as it didn't provide the protection I required. I bought the product from ASDA and I thought I could return it and get my money back (60 day money back guarantee) however, as I didn't buy directly from Bodyform I couldn't get my money back even though it was their product and I provided a receipt. However, they did gave me £15 off a product that I felt could be more suited for me!.

Absolutely shocking
Ruined my knickers with the glue. The customer service is very dismissive and arrogant. company line followed. No empathy shown towards me being a bedbound, disabled woman. Just told to buy alternative products that they sell.
Didn't agree to refund despite the photos i sent as proof of the problem and their admittance of a problem with their products.
Stopped using altogether and will never use again.
Definitely do not recommend then or any products they sell.

They change all pads and they are rubbish I did use for 20 years before was so good!!!!!!!!! Now I brought yesturday they are difrent NO GOOD!!! They added more Plastic😱🤬🤬!!!!!I will stop to buy them now 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Really poor quality period knickers
Really poor quality period knickers. Bought 3 pairs. Material’s used are cheapest quality and padding is roughly stitched so it petrudes. I could have knocked up something better on my sewing machine. Will not buy again and wish I’d sent back but you know, not really a thing with knickers!

I slept and no leak!
I had a really heavy flow and I used the body form pads while I was sleeping and the front was covered in blood so I thought the back would be to but not a single bit leaked through to the back. Really impressed!

Be careful of limited returns policy
I bought 2 periods pants and really did not like the quality or texture or sizing. (Both medium but different sizes). Unfortunately they come in opaque cardboard packaging, so to see what they are you have to open them, you are then not allowed to return for hygiene reasons. The customer service team are responsive but have to stick to their policy. As I am a first time customer I have been able to arrange a refund for one pair. With both pants being £20 each I definitely wouldn’t risk trying again. I also paid £4.50 to send them back, I then found out I wasn’t supposed to send them back, although they gave me the address to send them! I have found much better quality in M&S. I would suggest body form add a feminine hygiene sticker and a small window in the packaging to allow for customers to check texture. It wouldn’t help being able to gauge size though.

Just to clarify our policy: we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, which allows customers to try one pair of period pants, and if they're not suitable they can claim and get their money back. Unopened items can also be returned and customers will be refunded. However, for hygiene reasons, opened items (other than the single trial pair) aren’t eligible for return.
