Attention to everyone

Attention to everyone. Shilpa delivery demanding emirates ID picture for delivery 2 bottles of vitamins from Iherb which is nonsense. Delivery guy was standing with jeans and sunglasses demanding my Emirates ID for suppliments which you can buy in supermarket or any pharmacy. No other company asking your emirates ID for such staff, unless if its a bank card or other important documents. Who knows where your Emirates ID can be used later on. I receive daily parcels from Amazon, Noon, and other companies, noobe asking Emirates ID, just leave parcel at the door.
Shilpa claims that its Iherb requirement, I contacted IHerb and they replied that they never requested for such staff. I have it in writing, and Shilpa keep playing the game not giving me my parcel. I requested Iherb to cancel my order and refund my money. Also will cobtact & complain in consumer right.
Guys just keep attention when someone asking you strange people unnecessary your indentation card, its for your safety

The worst logistic company

The worst logistic company. I ordered a product with prepaid option. The delivery agent cancelled without calling or attempt to deliver. They didn’t even try to return the product to seller. I think they looted the product. And i lost full money. I am going to file a dispute in consumer redressal forum for cheating, and deficiency in services.

Shipa the worst delivery company in UAE

Words cant describe how horrible my experience is with shipa. The worst delivery company in the whole of UAE. Even with endless emails and instructions they still fail to deliver. They miss delivery without communication.

Once iherb assigns there order to you, you are doomed, pray hard that they deliver on time. Many customer service people will respond ti same email with all of them telling you different things. I am forced to return items even before receiving them to reorder again due to frustration by these people.

I wonder why iherb.com still uses them

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service team is extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. My parcel was delayed without any proper update, and every time I contacted them, they only made excuses instead of solving the issue. Truly a terrible experience — I will never use their service again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Worst Courier Experience Ever – Fake Updates and Zero Accountability

Shipa Delivery is by far the worst courier experience I have ever had. My package has been delayed for over 15 days still not received, and the entire process has been full of false updates and zero accountability.

They repeatedly update the tracking status as “Out for Delivery”, but the moment you call customer care, they admit the item is still sitting in their warehouse. This has happened multiple times.

What’s even worse is their habit of marking fake delivery attempts. They update the system saying “Customer unreachable” without even calling once. Throughout this entire period, I have never received a single call from their delivery team.

I escalated the issue every single day, yet there was no proper response, no follow-up, and absolutely no concern shown by their customer care team. They simply read the same scripted lines and do nothing to actually resolve the problem.

It’s extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and stressful.
Shipa Delivery needs serious improvement in honesty, communication, and basic reliability

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service! My package cleared customs in Dubai a week ago and it is still not delivered. The company is also unable to provide a clear delivery date, blaming it on the large number of orders. It is not my problem that you can't handle the number of orders. You shouldn't be accepting deliveries if you don't have the people and trucks to deliver! Also, customer service is the worst! No one answers the phones or the lines get disconnected. I scheduled online to be called back twice and no one called me. In chat, no one can give an accurate delivery date. How are you guys in business? Your service level is totally unacceptable!

poor customer service

poor customer service, frequent delays, and unprofessionalism. They wrote that failed attempt to deliver because i changed my adress which complete bullshit. Big scam. I reported to Temu as well. Avoid at any cost

GHASTLY AND TERRIBLE!!

TERRIBLE!!! they write fake info on tracking saying they attempted and failed delivery when they never come or contact. I had an order from TEMU and it's just missing, my son is going to miss out all his party decoration and temu doesn't do anything. I keep calling, waiting 15 minuted on the line then being disconnected. This almost feels like a scam! SHOCKING!!!!

they are horrible

It has been a week that they’ve been holding my package—no one has contacted me for delivery, and the website shows a failed delivery attempt. There is no way to reach them; it’s like a joke. I’ve never experienced such a situation with any other company.

Worst Shipping Experience Ever — Temu & Shipa Delivery Failed Completely

I ordered from Temu on November 7, and this has been nothing but a nightmare. The estimated delivery was between November 12–18, yet today is November 19, and I still don’t have my package.

Here’s the full delivery timeline from Shipa Delivery (Temu’s courier):

Nov 12, 2025 (20:15) – Received by destination hub, Shipa warehouse, Dubai

Nov 14, 2025 (22:22) – Out for delivery (Abdel Malik Shifa Kadir – SameDay, Dubai)

Nov 14, 2025 (22:30) – Delivery attempt failed, rescheduled for tomorrow

Nov 19, 2025 (08:55) – Again “Out for Delivery,” but still no delivery made

I called Shipa, waited 15 minutes on hold, and spent 30 minutes on the call with no clear answer. They keep saying “out for delivery” but nothing happens.

What’s worse, Temu keeps tolerating this. They only respond through chat, and the support team has limited access all they do is apologize and promise to improve. But the truth is, their service is already ruined, and customers are the ones suffering.

Temu, you’re losing your reputation by partnering with such an unreliable courier.
I’m completely done with Temu I don’t need more apologies. This will be my last order.

Not only they are late in delivering ,they post the wrong information on my delivery tracking and their updated info is wrong plus if you try to get in touch with them they are unreachable as the number rings busy 🤯if you go for their call center dial your tracking that also is a faulty system where it doesn’t follow its own guide 😤

This has been the WORST shopping and delivery experience I have ever had in Dubai.
I placed my Trendyol order on 4 November, and after endless delays, excuses, and zero proper updates, it was finally delivered on *17 November—and even that turned into a nightmare.

Shipa’s delivery African guy was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
He called me and arrogantly told me to come down and pick up my own order because it’s “too heavy” for him. Excuse me? Delivery is HIS job. Customers should not be harassed or forced to carry their own packages.

To make it worse, he delivered the parcel (Adidas, which I didn’t order my package was a cookware) to the WRONG address first (room 1402 instead of 1002). He even sent me a WhatsApp image as “proof,” but when I told him it was the wrong address, he deleted the photo! Who does that?

When I tried calling him, he kept ignoring my calls and speaking rudely. No respect, no professionalism, no responsibility. In Dubai, where customer service is usually excellent, this kind of behavior is shocking.

Shipa needs serious training for their staff, and Trendyol needs to fix their delivery partners.
This whole ordeal felt like harassment for a simple delivery that should have been brought to my door.

Absolutely unacceptable. BAN SHIPA

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Dubai. Fake delivery attempts, no customer service. Still haven’t received my order, which should be delivered five days ago. Last time I had experience with this company, around a year ago, I had the same experience. A total disaster!!!

Worst courier @ uae shipa

I informed that I have flight on next day kindly deliver this order by Friday they said ok will take care but they failed to deliver today is Saturday from morning I am doing follow up still now didn't receive and not moved out from shipment and they dont care about priority, one word they are saying very busy so we dont attend any calls , if you guys are too busy dont take any orders atleast other courier company will get a opportunity to grow , temu please dont send courier to those irresponsible company
