It is the worst shipping company in UAE. I have placed an order and did not receive my courier. I called the phone number multiple times with NO answer, every time i placed my order ID the telephone machine kept bringing me back to point 0. Every time i try to reach out through their chatbot, they promise me next day delivery. I am frustrated with Shipa Delivery. NOT RECOMMENDED. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN UAE

I am giving 0 stars for this Shipa delivery service. One of the worst delivery in UAE. No response from customer care. In morning they show package is out of delivery and at night they will show as customer is not reachable, without contacting us. I don't know why retailers still choosing this pathetic delivery services. There is only negative reviews for this delivery services.

Horrible service! Takes way too long to deliver the items as compared to other courier companies. Customer care is least bothered to assist customers. 0 stars from me.

Very baaaaaad experience, the first time from online shopping they stole my order from Trendyol ,,, and after many complaints they fake conversation that I had received the order and I will not get bored from complaining until I have my right
worst service, worst agents behavior and worst customer service response. I don't know why retailers using this shipping company to deliver online orders. my order from ajmal is on the way since 5 days. when I asked agent he was miss behaving "do whatever you want to do I will not deliver" pathetic. I think we should boycott the retailers who using shipa for delivery.
TOO MUCH DISAPPOINTED RESPONSE. EVERYTIME LYING SAME ANSWER YOUR DELIVERY ON ITS WAY BUT NOTHING. I EVEN DONT EVER WANTS TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR. SHOULD BE DESTROY

If i can i will not give them even 1 star..My shipment was with them for 3 weeks every day i was calling them and asking when i will get my delivery they used to give me same answer it will be delivered to you in 24hr or it will be delivered to you in 72hrs. Disaster of a company

If there is a option not giving a star I would have gone for that.
I’m very disappointed with Shipa Delivery.
My Trendyol order has been delayed without any updates.
The delivery person hasn’t answered my calls or replied to messages for 2 days.
This isn’t my first bad experience with them.
Many others have also shared similar complaints.
