Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The level of service was far below acceptable standards, with delays, lack of proper communication, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. It is frustrating to pay for a service that offers such poor value for money.

In addition, I would like to highlight specific concerns: the courier made only one attempt to contact me, yet records or updates misleadingly suggest that multiple attempts were made. This is unacceptable and reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism. Furthermore, the provided contact number for the courier service is not helpful, as it is difficult to reach support or obtain any meaningful assistance when needed.

As a customer, I expect reliable, timely, and honest handling of my shipment. Assigning deliveries to a courier service that fails to meet these expectations reflects poorly on your company as well.

Poor Staff Behaviour, Delay service, No respect

This has to be one of the WORST and most embarrassing experiences I’ve ever had with any delivery company. Emirates Post never fails to disappoint, but today they have officially hit a new low.

After chasing replies to pick up my order for daysssss, One of Your staff member Sarfraz showed up for a simple pickup for my controller exchange from Geekay and instead of doing his job, he acted like he was doing me some kind of personal favour. The moment I politely asked for his name (a NORMAL question any customer has every right to ask), he suddenly turned aggressive and says it’s “not allowed, Why you asking why?, not allowed!, you keep your package i'm not taking " Seriously? Since when did asking for a courier’s name become some kind of national security crime? Imagine you've been requesting to pick up the item for daysss and he just ignore in 3 sec and left me hanging at the door.No empathy nothing!

When your team comes to my door, I hand over my ID without any hesitation. But the moment I ask for the BASIC courtesy of knowing who I’m speaking to, your staff starts yelling?
Absolutely disgraceful.

He literally raised his voice, refused to take my package, and walked off like he owns the company. Left me standing there like my time and my schedule mean nothing. The level of arrogance is shocking.

And the cherry on top? His supervisor Yasar had to beg him to come back just to do the job he was already assigned.
What kind of operation is this?
How is a supervisor chasing after an employee who throws tantrums at customers?
At this point, it feels like you’re running a lottery 😂 sometimes the package shows up, sometimes it disappears, sometimes the staff screams at you. It’s pure luck.

This company desperately needs a complete reset because whatever you’re doing right now is a disaster. I’m honestly done with this level of incompetence.

Emirates Post Very Good Courier Service

Congratulations and thank you to Emirates Post on their courier service. On 13 July 2025 for delivering my renewed credit card from the bank within 15 hours from being issued, to reach me one hour before leaving the country on a two-week trip. Also, today on returning MOFA-attested documents in less than 24 hours from attestation.

If you wish to get better service - never use Emirates Post

This is unbelievable service. I had international delivery to Dubai by Emirates Post, my parcel was delivered to wrong address, no one even call me from couriers about it. I am waiting already 2 weeks and called to them 3 times - only empty promises all this time, and same words, still no one call me from them and still did not find my parcel.

Do not use under any circumstances.

Emirates Post is definitely a contender for the worst shipping service in the entire world. If you are unfortunate enough to have something shipped to you via EP, expect to receive the item 2-3 weeks later than what is promised, if at all. If you are considering using them to ship something valuable, think of it like making a donation to the EP workers because they will vandalize or steal it. If it's not valuable, then it will take weeks longer than you even thought was possible. They have no customer service either so good luck getting a complaint through or support/tracking on your shipment. They have a reputation as thieves for a reason.

I was supposed to receive a delivery from the bank two days ago, but it has been unnecessarily delayed. The service team has been extremely unprofessional — they gave missed calls and later claimed we didn’t respond, which is not true.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a bank. It feels like the delivery is being deliberately dragged out, and I’ve lost trust in the process. Definitely not a good experience and not a reliable service.

Extremely unreliable service. Cannot believe how poor this is given most of other services in Abu Dhabi are efficient and effective. Most of my posts from UK have been returned - one recent return triggered this review.

Very very bad experience
I had sent my luggage from Abu Dhabi to Karachi. When I handed over the luggage from here, they said that you will receive your luggage in a week and they also took (280aed 20kg)payment. When my luggage reached Karachi after 25 days, they said that you should deposit Rs. 3,500 and then get your luggage. When I received the luggage, its condition was very bad.
And they called me to the airport to pick up my luggage and from there I was told that my luggage would be delivered to your location in Karachi.My luggage consisted only of clothes,gifts no machinery, etc. It was simple stuff. They spent a lot of time on it and I received the parcel at the airport in a very bad condition with a torn box.
I want to inform you all not to contact this courier service, your money, your time, everything will be destroyed.I will do my best to make people aware that this service is very bad.

Totally dissatisfied with Emirates Post

I am giving minus star to Emirates post. I sent an urgent document to India through them on 7th July 2025 at 9am from Mushrif, Abu Dhabi Post office. They charged me 115 dirham for the express delivery. The weight of the documents approximately 130 gram. Today on 17th July still they didn't deliver my documents.
Cargo shipment is getting in 7 days in my place with other service providers. This is really unacceptable. Totally unsatisfied with Emirates Post service and not recommendable.

Many problems in the user experience…

Many problems in the user experience that it should be called customer sadness not happiness.

1) On delivery - they only call once - god forbid you do not pick up, they will not call you back again, let alone be able to reach them.
2) Customer support teams are not effective; sent a ticket and an email and they closed it without even check with me what the case is or actually resolving it.
3) On their portal you cannot see, change or track where the shipment has been sent or when it will be delivered. - and even on a call with their customer center - They also cant view delivery location.
4) Call center don't have access to delivery agents - which suggests hierarchal and internal bureaucracy issues.
5) Call center can have different feedbacks - one would say delivery should be before 1pm and anohter for the same shipment would say it should be before 6pm.
6) As customer you do not when they will call you or come visit you during the day, let alone reach out to them that is why who ever is expecting a shipment should prepare themselves AND TAKE THE DAY OFF TO WAIT FOR EMX AGENT.

Appreciate taking this into consideration to you want to serve your customers better.

Can't get it sorted

I've sent a parcel over 2 weeks ago, emailed address, uae mobile number and they still saying tried to deliver it,I'm not very happy I've called loads of times emails back and forth

Dont bother with emirates post since…

Dont bother with emirates post since 2022. Absolute mess to speak to a human. Parcels sitting in customs for 10 days plus. Pay DHL for delivery these guys then slap on extra delivery charges. Takes you about 5 calls and 8 different people to try get an answer. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Miss the good old days. 3 days, call me and deliver. Now. Like the rest of Dubai. And absolute hell hole to get anything done.

very bad and rude behavior of delivery agent name SAMI He call me AT 10pm at night and he was on wrong location when i ask him your already and you are on wrong location in reply he said its my wish when i get time i will bring it you want your order or shall i take back his rude behavior is annoying and irritating after a hard conversations he left without delivering my order and he said make complaint where you want police cid etc.
This first time any emirates post guy behaved like otherwsie they are very good and understanding.
