My first proper Japanese knife
My first proper Japanese knife! I know it’s the best kind of knife but I never really know how to select the best for what i need. Their knife guide solved this for me! I used to hate prepping but now I enjoy my Santoku knife so much! So easy - easy to use and easy to maintain! I’ll be back for more when I’m more confident!

The knife is absolutely stunning
The knife is absolutely stunning, and works beautifully.
The only thing I will say is, the box it comes in could be more substantial so that the knife can be kept in it, and a proper sheath for the blade.
Would have been happy to pay more and be given this option.

I had a few issues with the delivery of my knife, not their fault, it was lost in the post. I got anxious but the sales team were lovely allayed my fears put my mind at rest and sent another out. It arrived quickly, well packaged in a presentation box. It is a beautiful knife.
I would use this company again

Ordered a Yoshii gyuto, paid a bit more for next-day delivery. Really well packaged and this knife is so increbily sharp, I feel ilke a proper sushi chef!

SCAM! Zero communication, no order confirmation
Zero communication, no contact number or email to contact just a website form.. SCAM.
Placed an order on July 16th for a santoku knife, had no email confirmation & no response via there 'contact form' the two times I tried to get in touch!
Had to get in touch with my bank to investigate.
