If your reading this review addressing the Shimeru Knife set then I'm here to tell you they are an absolute must have. To be honest i was a little sceptical due to one review commenting on them being a little too lightweight than expected but needless to say it's what makes them even easier to use. They are absolutely beautifully made, top quality knives. Each knife is made to do it's own particular job and they do it with ease. Perfect for home or work and a fantastic gift for anyone's kitchen. Definitely recommend item and seller. Very fast delivery too.

Beautiful knifes with fantastic craftmanship. Its sharp and really light making slicing meat easy. Its the 2nd knife i have got from this company. Worth every penny.

The first payment via Paypal was taken but not sent to Shimeru payment platform, they were so helpful and replied promptly. Once this was sorted i reordered using a different payment and they dispatched the same day. There customer service and the Knife set received are of the highest quality, I could not recommend them enough.

Unfortunately, this is the second negative review I have had to complete to warn customers about the terrible service provided. The knief had a small chip after cutting a chicken wing (the knief is described as durable and sharp). ALL my emails have been ignored. After my previous negative review they very quickly responded (on here) asking me to again email, which I have now down close to 10 times. The email address is correct, I have tried different methods, it's not undeliverable.

After completing this review as a 1 star, I didn't receive a full refund, so I have amended my review to reflect this.

First time i came across this website so wasn't sure what to make but i took a chance and it was worth it . I won a few different Japanese knifes but the one i purchased of this website is now my favourite and best knife the detail that went in to making it and the quality is next to none would definitely recommend you won't be disappointed 👌

I purchased the Rumoi 10" Japanese bread knife for my partners 30th birthday to match his current knife set. This was such an amazing purchase as it matched his current knifes perfectly and it cuts bread so easily - very sharp. Packaging was good and no issues when parcel was received. I had issues with the delivery but customer service were great and they managed to send me another knife out the next day.
