What a find!!! Didn’t know how much I needed this. Love it!

Love the product, love the brand, love their mission, love their customer service. Never had a single issue, and I am just in love with these shower caps.

I have 3 of them and myself and my 2 daughters use them daily when we don’t wash our hair! I take them everywhere w me like vacay and the gym! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love Shhhowercap! I have three, one for home, one for travel, and one in case I misplace the other two. One cap is from 2018 and still giving my natural curly hair and/or long braids the protection it needs. I love the design and cannot use anything else. The innovation of this product is a game changer!

Placed an order over 1 year ago. It never shipped. They refused to give a refund. They are still out there perpetrating their scam on unsuspecting consumers. I repot them to the Federal Trade Commission as a fraudulent company. Do not trust this organization or give them any money. I can’t believe their owner is not in jail.

I never received an order I placed on April 22nd 2022. After being ignored by this company for over a year they finally agreed to cancel & refunded me on July 17th 2023 but the refund never came through. I was sent screenshots of the refund being a "success" with only my order # but it does not show or confirm the payment method or card number it was sent to. When asked to confirm they say they just have to take my word for it, when I have shown them proof of my credit card statements. I am sad to see a company fail from such terrible customer service, but even sadder for all the people who got their money stolen from them by this company.

My Shhhowercap arrived as ordered, fits great and keeps my hair looking great for days…I wash my hair twice and week and this extends the wash because of the soft interior and keeping the water out! Great customer service!

Pre-order woes

I love this product and if I wanted another one I would purchase via an authorized re-seller. I pre-ordered on Black Friday 2023 and finally received in April 2024. My email inquiries were never returned.

I would definitely never order a shhhowercap again. It took 4 months to arrive. Only after I wrote multiple emails. Usually those emails would get a response of so sorry we are behind production and will get back to you soon. When I did receive it, it was not what I ordered. And I emailed again and never had a response back from Shhowercap.

Extraordinary response from Shhhowercap. You DID NOT send me what I ordered. That would be a lie. You sent me the wrong shower cap. And I’ve written to you to rectify the situation and have NEVER heard back from Shhhowercap. Trust me folks, buy from Shhhowercap and you are likely to be very disappointed.

The order was delayed by more than 4 months, and I received no updates on the order during that time. I contacted customer support multiple times to understand my order status and did not once hear back. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience and I would not order from shhhowercap again.

I’m a repeat customer as I love the product, however I placed my order back in August 2023, for two shower caps and contacted customer service and requested an update - I have received one reply saying it will ship by end September 2023 and one or two automated replies, but it’s now May 2024 and I still have no update from customer service, no caps and no refund.

I appreciate they have had some issues and I hope they can get back on track but it’s appalling to treat customers like this when you are holding their money for 9 months. I feel it is safer to buy from a reseller who has stock on hand than take a risk with this company until things demonstrably improve.

I like the product once I finally got it. I placed the order in early November for the new black one. My credit card was immediately charged. Four months later when I had heard nothing from the company I was totally unable to find any method of contact to inquire. Then finally, one day around early April, out of the blue I get an email from the company saying it has shipped.

After being a solid Shhhowercap customer since 2019–I was greatly disappointed when the company never sent my new cap after about 5 months. When I reached out about the issue, they apologized and refunded me. Then a couple of weeks ago, I received an unexpected message from Shhhowercap saying that they were sending me a new can from the order I made months ago. My other one from 2019 was starting to break apart, so this was such an exciting surprise!!!! I truly appreciated them sending it to me for free and it has definitely made me excited to purchase more from them again in the future. 😊

Would definitely give zero stars if that was an option. Scam! Take your $ immediately but does not ship product for months. Ask for refund, but they will not do that. Still waiting on 1of 2 caps 8 months later

Great shower cap, terrible customer communication, no phone number. I placed my order in December I think, knew it would be on back order ( all prints were), and while fully charged , didn't get the shipment for about 3 months, ( not looking up dates now). Multiple emails , form answers, no phone to speak to anyone. I wouldn't order if it's not in stock bc who knows when you'll get it.

I ordered a shower cap in December 2023 and sent multiple messages . I DID finally receive it in April 2024.

I received my order one year after placing it.
