I ordered a pair of Zulu sunglasses and sadly they arrived slightly bent and sat askew on the face. Ellie was friendly and helped to resolve the issue I had, and I was left happy and satisfied with the outcome. I would shop again with Shevoke :) thanks Ellie!!

Great customer service! Had a mishap with my Luca pair that I bought 2 months ago and they promptly got back to me and sent me a new pair.

I rarely leave reviews but Shevoke’s customer service is exceptional. I was genuinely taken aback by how impressed I was with Ellie from the customer service team. I had to arrange a warranty return and she was incredibly responsive and absolutely delightful to deal with — a real credit to the company. I haven’t had a customer service experience this good with a retailer in a long time.

I wear Shevoke’s sunglasses frames fitted with my prescription lenses and I constantly receive compliments on them. Great product, great service — honestly 10/10.

The sunglasses are beautiful and high quality, but I have to shout out the customer service. I needed help with my order and they sorted it out in literally half a day, then shipped it Express so I wouldn't have to wait. It’s so refreshing to deal with a brand that actually fixes things quickly. Highly recommend
