Shelter rusted after only a few years. Was to be replaced with a new shelter. Wrong shelter was sent. Took weeks to get the old one picked up and had to email and call several times to request ship date for new shelter. Laura finally took care of it immediately.
When you need a man to do the job, hire a woman.

Built like garbage just bought a new one holes don’t line up feet are crooked so many burrs I can’t get the pipes in and when I do it takes all the paint off. Over all wouldn’t buy another one. Hope you guys can get your quality up. Not impressed my older smaller one is built better then this 12x24x10

Laura Miller was very helpful and very pleasant. She helped find the exact parts I needed. She also called me back immediately when the system accidentally hung up on me. Most times, there is no call back when that happens. I am very happy with the experience, and very happy with my gazebo!

Gregory Mellette handled my issue way past my expectations.

It was so easy to get in contact with customer service. The representatives who assisted me were friendly and helpful. They worked to ensure I was going to get the parts I needed.

I made an ordering mistake on my own. Ordered wrong size shelter. I spoke with Laura in customer service who was very helpful. I sent her some info and pictures and she confirmed exactly what I had and what I needed. Placed order for new cover only. Since I had original pkg and didn't attempt to install all pieces, they very graciously offered me a full refund if I bear the expense to ship my top back to them. I shipped wrong cover out yesterday and new replacement due to arrive within next couple of days. Outstanding service. I love it when a phone call gets answered promptly and emails get a prompt response. Very positive experience rectifying a mistake that I had made myself.

Bought the 8 X 8 shelter two years ago . The frame is quality, and strong .... but the shelter material is weak and lacking in durability. I believe if the company went with a thicker quality tarp material , the lifetime use of this shelter would increase dramatically. Since this item didn't last as long as I would have hoped , I would not recommend or ever be buying this product again. This is only a temporary shelter as the tarp material will self destroy in no time at all ..... very disappointed ..... It appears this type of shelter is not made for snow, wind or sun . Not sure if such an area exists !

4-Star Review: Wonderful Customer Support Experience with Kim Nelson

I recently ordered a ShelterLogic pavilion/garage that I plan to use as a photo studio set for my work as a professional Santa Claus portrayal artist. I'm always on the lookout for ways to elevate the experience for the families I work with, and this pavilion will be a perfect backdrop for creating a winter wonderland of Christmas magic this holiday season.

While assembling the pavilion, I discovered a missing piece. I placed an order for the part on Wednesday the 16th, but a week later—on Wednesday the 23rd—I still hadn't received any email or notification regarding the shipment. Concerned, I called customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Nelson.

Kim was absolutely a joy to work with. She was kind, professional, and truly helpful. She apologized sincerely for the delay and immediately took action to get the part shipped out. She even emailed me while I was still on the phone to confirm everything. It was a refreshing experience to be treated with such care and efficiency.

The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is due to the initial delay in processing and shipping the missing part. However, Kim’s excellent service certainly helped turn the situation around. ShelterLogic is lucky to have her on their team!
