I received 1 wrong part in a kit. There was no hassel. Had to send a pic of the receipt and the wrong part # and they are sending me another kit.

We are both seniors over 70, so we were very grateful for the service received from customer service. You were very quick to send a manual and when we had an issue with the pinholes we received a very quick and professional response. The original shelter was also delivered in a very timely manner. We are currently waiting for the replacement; due to pinholes in the cover. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls finally received a response. Hopefully, the cover will be delivered soon. Covers are only manufactured in the US and delivered to Canada.

ordered a solarium from HD, the box of ceiling pieces was missing, ShelterLogic let me know they would send missing box out. Only took about 1 maybe 2 business days to get this resolved, very quick and very understanding. Received the shipment in a timely manner..Very easy to put together and very sturdy product

I placed my order for a Gazebo with Anthony over email and phone. Everything was very professional, clear and I was provided with honest and correct information.
The delivery took place in less than one week and faster than advertised by the company.
When assembling the gazebo I had some minor issues that Anthony resolved without delays.
The product was of high quality and so far I am very satisfied with it.

I have nothing but the best words and thoughts for these products but also the staff for this company. I have a gazebo and privacy screens from Shelterlogic. I love these items and I am mostly impressed with how attentive the Customer Service is from them. My expectations were blown away by the response to my challenge, how much communication was passed between their staff and myself. True concern for my satisfaction. I will seek out their products going forward.

The customer service over the phone was excellent. What I really dislike is the fact that after all the years you have been in business there is still no Shelterlogic office or warehouse in Canada stocked with products you sell. I thought you had one here with the .ca on your website . Delivery time is less than a week within Canada. It will be over 3 weeks since I ordered it to when it is expected here next week. Not happy!

Laura B (CS agent) was wonderful to deal with. She took the time to understand our needs and helped us get the part we required for our gazebo in speedy time!

I purchased a replacement Cover Kit for the AutoShelter RoundTop 10ft.x20ft.x8ft. Ultra Duty PVC 21.5 oz green. It arrived in an open package - with 2 boxes half open and not fitting at all around the replacement cover. For the very high price I paid it should have been packaged properly. It should also have had a copy of the order/bill in it. Also, the cover did not look lik an ultra duty cover. Then it turned out that the cover was much too small. Even stretching it, it did not by far cover the structure. Nor did the end panel fit and the zippered door did not fit the structure either. In addition the steel rod, that needs to go at the bottom of the zippered door, was missing. No instructions were given at all. Especially on how to attach the straps to the rachets. We bought the Roundtop Autoshelter mid 2017. We are already on our 3rd cover replacement. The last replacement cover we purchased in 2021 and it was supposed to last 10 years. It lasted 2 years. We made do with covering the top with tarps. Now we spend the money on a 3rd pricey replacement cover which apparently has a warranty of 15 years. Experience showed that this is not what will happen. Extremely disappointed in ShelterLogic. I know I will not buy from them again.

The young lady that I spoke with - Alexa Reynolds was efficient, always polite, friendly, completely understanding and competent. She was prompt with her responses and always accurate. A fine employee - perhaps she's an owner?? I'm an advocate of the concept of profit sharing in which employees share as the company profits - likely thanks to their diligence. Alexa would definitely contribute to SL's profits.
My "Date of Experience" commenced back on April 28th and there were a number of interactions with Alexa until today (May 8th) when the replacement material arrived.

Representative was very pleasant and easy to deal with, she found what i was looking g for in US warehouse and arranged for it to be shipped out to me in Canada.

Very helpful customer service talking with Laura Miller. Had all the info needed and emailed my shopping info.
