Embroidered jeans and INCREDIBLE customer service
Ordered the never forget jeans. They are really high quality with high quality embroidery. I actually wanted to highlight their customer service. Another review on here had a bad experience but for me it was the complete opposite. The best customer service I have experienced in a long while.
I missed an email from my carrier demanding an import payment. Were I to miss it the package would be sent back to them. They emailed me to make sure I made the payment and got my package. They had no financial incentive to do that. But they did it anyways and I'm very grateful. We exchanged multiple emails and they always responded within 24 hours.
These days it's all automated emails and chatbots. Them reaching out to me to make sure I would get their products was incredibly thoughtful. 10/10

Don’t buy anything from these guys man
Don’t buy anything from these guys man. I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for ONE pair of pants. Every time you email them they respond and tell you it’ll be there soon, and when you use the tracking number it gives little to no information. Even had the audacity to blame it on Eid which was at the end of May…I bought the pants on May 4th…it’s not June 11th.

Beautiful
I bought a pair of jeans with a Palestinian design. The jeans are very beautiful and of great quality.
But, their transporter is ups, an american company, so my goal to somehow help the Palestinian cause is a flop… This is why I put a 3 star.
Once they have another non American company, I will definitely order again.
