Poor customer service, no response at all.
Received my tees, but quality of the material is off - I want to return but no one has responded to my requests. Don’t buy from here - wish I had read the reviews first.
They sent my order to somewhere in America... I live in the UK. They also do not respond to emails or online. can't get a reply or a refund. I also want to send one back that I don't want. Absolutely no response since they told me to get in touch with the delivery people. Once I had discovered who they were, they told me that the address I had been given was in America and that the responsibility for refunds and replacements lay with freepltn.com. So I'm stuck, and these people do not reply. Don't buy anything from them. They are absolutely impossible to contact.
My tracking was last updated 2 weeks ago. After that, i have no idea where my package is. I'm trying to contact them for a week now, with no response through email, instagram or facebook. It was suppose to be delivered last week. I wanted to make a second order, but hopefully the discount code they gave me never worked, and this is why i didnt. I just want help with my order

Update: Unfortunatelly I didnt receive any email from them, even after their reply. I tried to send a new email to their customer service, still with no response. I really would like to receive my purchase and also make a new order

Such a great brand! The designs, the quality, the identity and the cause it represents. I really love every bit of it. I was looking for such a long time a reliable brand that could help me wear my support for palestine and I finally found it. I highly highly recommend it!!
Second purchase and totally satisfied! It arrived in just 6 days, way faster than I expected. The t-shirt quality is excellent, you can tell there’s real care in every detail. I bought for my parents and cousins, and I was able to put each person’s name on theirs, they turned out great. The sizes and design matched the description exactly. Plus, I love being able to support the Palestinian people with every purchase. You can tell this is a serious brand with a real cause behind it. 100% recommend.
