This company is a scam I paid £150 for 2 goodies and a t-shirt, the order got held by Parcelforce and I was told I need to pay £63 for customs when I contacted the company I was told pay it and they will refund the shipping costs, after I paid it and sent them proof they only refunded £6, the person messaging me said she told be she would pay shipping, so tried to get out of it in a technicality, I would never use them again when I complained she said it’s me donating to Palestine, it’s not chair you are being made to pay something under false pretences

Unmatched quality!!! When buying clothing thats is, 1. helping to support Palestinian families in need, 2. Showing your personal solidarity to the Palestinian people through clothing, you dont want to buy something that you wash a couple of times and the visual voice for Palestine thats on the clothing starts to fade or the t-shirt looks old. You want a product that stands the test of time like the strength of the Palestinian people. I have 2 t-shirts that I wear weekly, from 2025, that still look brand new!! Forever a loyal customer. FREE PALESTINE AND FREE ALL THE OPPRESSED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!

Placed an order a month ago, never received a shipping notification. Chased after a week got told their container was destroyed in Germany, chased again, they kept saying give us a few more days and then today chased again and they went back to the containers getting damaged again. I paid £70 for a hoodie including shipment. As it currently stands that's money down the drains. Customer service don't even sign their name. Don't recommend at all. I even asked for a refund and they won't process it

I bought a T-shirt on 10th of March, and since then I got no information about the delivery status. The SHOP app is simply useless so far, as well as contacting the customer service via email. I only got standard replies with no actual information about the status of my delivery. I am trying now to understand how to get refunded.

*EDIT* 30/04/2025
After requesting again information about my delivery, I had a long chat with the customer care via Whatsapp. I have been explained that the issue on delivery was out of their control due to German zoll (customs). Unfortunatelly they couldn't do anything for this.
After this issue was solved, I received my item smoothly. Also, I bought a second T-shirt from them, and it has been delivered within the expected time (1 working day!!).
I am happy to say that eventually everything went well.

Verry happy with my Tshirt with the arrows on the back with the map of Palestine design. The fabric is cotton so breathable and skinfriendly which I hold much value to. The customerservice was also great! Updates, fast delivery and good communication. Thank you!

Après avoir commander depuis la suisse j’ai douter du site qui étais simplement une faute de ma part car même après un délai un peu plus long suite à un problème de livraison j’ai reçu ma commande et je suis bluffée par la qualité et la beauté c’est un beau projet que je félicite water melon je suis ravie d’avoir participer à votre geste tout en recevant en retour une récompense énorme en beauté .

Commande passée et confirmée le 29 mars avec délai d'expédition annoncé de 3 jours, message envoyé le 7 avril pour avoir des nouvelles comme la commande était toujours affichée comme "en préparation" et... pas de nouvelles depuis.
