I’ve been using Shawcross for many years for all of my furniture and keep coming back because of their excellent quality, competitive prices, and consistently fantastic customer service. Natalie, in particular, was wonderful to deal with — she was extremely helpful and organised everything I needed quickly and efficiently.

Orderd Marble dinning table with 4 chairs, Marble coffee table, sofa and rug. From the moment I placed my order the communication was excellent. We had abit of an issue as we was selling our house so we had to have the items delivered to the storage unit instead, i told shawcross about my issues and they worked it around us nothing was a problem. The delivery drivers are friendly, polite and professional, they work hard for their money as the marble table is really heavy but still they came smiling and talkative. We also had some items go back as the sofa was to big for the room so we sent an arm chair back, they collected it and got the refund after 3 days. From start to finish our expierence with shawcross has been 5* and would go back there again when we need new furniture. Thanks again.

Lovely quality product. Very happy with it. But the Delivery company they used were a shambles. Website stated 7-14 days delivery 3 weeks later still no sign. Which wasn’t a big deal. But no warning they were about to get delivered until 10 am the day they were coming so booked time off work last minute and delivery turned up with only one of my 3 stools.. phoned company who said other 2 would arrive next day. So had to take more time off work. Waited In all day. And delivery driver lied and said no one home card left through door. Which wasn’t left at all. And to top it off when I rang company. Manager said he hasn’t got time for this and put phone down.. also had a marble table and chairs. Which are beautiful.. But they were delivered by the company themselves which was exactly as planned so was very happy with that.

I ordered item 1 month ago. I still didn’t receive it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They have supplied us with faulty goods and ignoring us after we have sent back the faulty chairs.
It started when parts where missing from the bar stools, then we found the chairs were faulty as shown in the pictures, once they finally acknowledged the issues after numerous emails they picked up the chairs and said they would replace them, over a month of chasing for the new chairs and complaining to the finance company we still do not have them.
Thankfully we used the 0% finance offer so the finance company is going to do a chargeback to them so we can get the money back.
I would not recommend this company to anyone .

Website very good easy to order. Good communication from Shaw cross throughout. Delivery was excellent product assembled by delivery men who were brilliant. The dining suite is is excellent quality and looks amazing can't recommend the company or the product enough.

Shawcass there are amazing to their customer and the work man to deliver was quick quicker than I expected and the two gentleman with my delivery and my assemble they don’t a wonderful job. They were friendly and I would recommend this company to anybody.

The best quality stuff with the best prices. My whole house is supplied by Shawcross fast cheap reliable best quality and best service.

Loved my corner couch and marble table

Fantastic service and delivery guys were great, so helpful bringing in my marble dining table and very polite. They kept me completely up to date on delivery too which was great. I haven't opened my purchase yet due to decorating but I'm excited to see it all set up
