AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Worst Customer Service i've ever received. I am appalled and gutted by the services received from this company. So bad, I feel the need to leave this review and prevent other customers from similar experience.

I purchased a dining table set which was set to be delivered today between 11am - 2pm. As i had not heard from the driver by 2pm, i contacted their office and was told the driver will be in touch.

I was finally contacted at 4:45pm to be informed that my delivery will be arriving between 6-6:30pm. When I questioned why I wasn't notified of the late delivery, I was told it was the driver's job to do so, the driver on the other hand claimed it was the admin/office staff error to having given a 2pm delivery, as his delivery list was showing my slot as 4pm - no remorse or accountability from anyone there.

To make matters worse, when I mentioned this will be reflected in my online review, Steve basically said to me "you don't deserve our furniture, I will cancel the order and refund your money". Yes, he said that 'word for word' with such sheer arrogance.

My entire day wasted waiting around for them and in the end, such repugnant statement was uttered by who I can only guess is the owner of the business.

So, if you are looking to transact with a company who values your hard-earned money, and will treat you with professional courtesy, then AVOID SHAWCROSS FURNITURE.

STILL WAITING FOR the bolts to attach the legs to the chairs !!
Sick of emailing...im just getting ignored.
Paid ALL my savings for 4 chairs that i cant use as i have no bolts to attach them to the chairs.
Boxes were destroyed by the time i got them, with NO HARDWARE.
SO DISSAPOINTED, put me off buying from you again.

I would never buy anything from Shawcross Furniture absolutely shocking customer service you phone and they don't get back to you and There delivery drivers are very rude with no consideration for the customers so disappointed

I reached out after 8 days to check on the progress of my order, as I expected more timely communication regarding the delivery of my goods. But none not even an email

Worst company ever. I bought table set with chairs and after couple of months chairs was broken. I asked to change them, they said that they are ordered new and waiting and they will let me know when they will get and they will send to me, but unfortunately never happened like this. Not recommended at all.

Love the tables and rug I purchased. Good quality items, and good communication about delivery, which was delivered quickly, and with care.
