Jeden z najlepszych sklepów w Polsce z nożami premium. Posiadają produkty ze stali premium np. Micromelt #pd1, czy K390. Wybór jest spory, w przeszłości był też odbiór osobisty w Warszawie. Jedyny minus to ślamazarne nadawanie paczek, co trwa przeważnie kilka dni roboczych, za to noże przeważnie są fabrycznie zaplombowane, więc warto poczekać.

I will give my review based on the experience I had in early DEC2025.
I bought an air rifle and two magazines. The price was undoubtedly the best I found among many stores I looked at, and the delivery was also fast. On their page, the magazines had no designation, only a photo showing them as 7.62mm, but in the end there was some small print saying they were actually 9mm. I had to return them and paid 20 euros (not refunded). The rifle looked new, but the box was quite damaged, which leads me to believe it was a used rifle. When I went to test it, it had no firing power at all. I complained several times to the store asking for help because I intended to keep the equipment, but I never received any help. So, in the end, I had to return the rifle. I paid almost 150 euros for the return shipping (not refunded). They returned my money two weeks after receiving the rifle, but there was no apology for everything that happened. Good prices, yes. But the customer support I received was bad. Initially I gave it a good review because I hadn't tested it yet, but then it was no longer possible to change it.
If it weren't for the great loss I suffered, I might give it 3 stars because of the prices, and one star for the customer support

I received an air rifle that did not work. I filed a complaint, the “review” of which took three weeks, after which—without any contact or information—the defective product was sent back to me with no explanation whatsoever. If you are looking for quality, this is not the place. After another week, they want me to send the air rifle again so they can review the complaint once more. In the end, more than a month has passed and I have neither my money nor the air rifle.

Bought a hatsan vortex gasram for my hatsan mod 25.... supposed to be the high power version but shoots softer than the original spring. 1 day later it seems to have lost pressure and now only shoots about 3 joules. Contacted them but almost NO response. They asked pictures and stuff which i send to them but no replies since. After some while they finally contacted and gave their appologies. They fixed the problem so its ok now.

Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this store to anyone.
They do not respond to complaints or warranty claims.
I feel scammed — I bought an expensive PCP air rifle, and after 5 months I still can't use it because it won't hold air.
They ignore me completely. Terrible customer service.
They are late with deliveries and do not fix faulty products.
Avoid them at all costs!

Bardzo nieprofesjonalna obsługa, nie polecam tego sklepu nikomu.
Nie odpowiadają na reklamacje ani zgłoszenia gwarancyjne.
Czuję się oszukany — kupiłem droższą wiatrówkę PCP i po 5 miesiącach nadal nie mogę jej używać, ponieważ nie trzyma powietrza.
Całkowicie mnie ignorują. Obsługa klienta to katastrofa.
Spóźniają się z dostawami i nie naprawiają wadliwego towaru.
Omijajcie ich szerokim łukiem!

My shipment has been stuck mow for three weeks in denmark on its way to Sweden. It is clear it has been lost.
I gave sent 4 emails to Sharg for support and refund but not even an answer.
So if the shit hits the fan, dont think they will help you, they rather take your money and gain bad reviews.

Customer support is absolutely awful.
Delivered a product, where some accessories were missing.
So I am stuck with an incomplete product.
They do not respond to emails (5x).
Stay away!!!

I was skeptical about ordering from this website as there was near enough no information on the internet about their reputation but I wasn’t spending a great deal so i thought I’d risk it, delivery took a bit of time (3 weeks) but I’m very happy with the item I ordered and I’d definitely recommend them.

Bought a Spyderco Sage 5 Magnacut, great price and delivery. Bought it on a weekend, order got processed the next Monday and was at my house on Wednesday.

Made a purchase of €500 on beautiful knives made us , they were very nicely wrapped and sended to me in a week time . Good customer service too, I will surely shop more items 👍

Ordered some Herbertz knives here. Even though they're German, no website had em cheaper than Sharg. What can I say? They were delivered soon enough, considering they came from Poland and were delivered in The Netherlands. The knives were packaged perfectly, the boxes of the individual knives were still in good shape and of course the knives were perfect themselves as well.

Considering the price and this excellent experience, I would order here again without hesitation and I would recommend buying here. Very happy!

I bought sporting good from this store three weeks ago. They confirmed the order and said it was sent. After a week I hadn't heard a pip. I began emailing them for clarification of the order. They replied that the goods were sent to DPD and that they had made an enquiry about the whereabout of the missing goods. And that has been it since, zero communication, zero clarification of any sort and a sneering contempt for their customers. It baffles me how companies doing business in the EU can get away with such abject customer service. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but all my requests have fallen on deaf ears. I would describe my retail experience with Sharg.Pl (Warsaw) as dire and frustrating. I have requested a 'charge back', from my bank: something I never thought I would have to resort to. Stay clear of Sharg.Pl unless you like pulling your own hair out by the roots with in frustration.
