Whole process has been an absolute…
Whole process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Fitters they send out are extra weird as well. You get your blinds up and get nothing but problems they book in appointments but don’t show up and just think they can do what they want when people have waited about and moved things around to wait on them coming would avoid and spend your money elsewhere

Update on time of arrival was excellent and there were no delays. Friendly staff that answered all my queries. Overall excellent service as always. Price was amazing, no hidden extras.

Terrible company
The staff were lovely who came out trying to sell!!! Fitting was super quick. Hardly had time to check the blinds. He left with blinds open. When I closed them they looked terrible. Contacted them but one month later and still no reply!! Terrible customer service after buying!!

Final measurements
John came to my house yesterday and the experience and the knowledge is second to none, extremely well mannered such a gentleman he is , never once was he pushy he went through everything measuring colour material etc etc , this company is outstanding as I always go back to them , keep up the excellent work Shades ! 👏👏👏👏
