The staff in here are excellent
The staff in here are amazing. Darren, Tom and Trevor have been so helpful to my 13yr old fishing fanatic son. They are interested and have given him excellent honest advice. Very reasonable prices too. We frequently shop here.

Good afternoon. Apologies for the delay with your order. We currently list goods as "Stock available" for items we can obtain from our suppliers in approx. 3-5 days and would usually be in touch if it goes beyond this timeframe. Whereas any goods we hold stock of will note "In stock, ready to ship". Our team aim to keep customers as up-to-date as possible if there are any unexpected delays.
Unfortunately we are unable to advise further without a name or order number.

It took around 3 and half weeks to complete my delivery and they have sent me a wrong rode instead of Right side the reel was in the Left side, and there wasn't any description was given regarding it...

Awful experience
Awful experience, automated responses to my issue of over a months delay on delivery. Was told I would be contacted by Serious fishing but never heard from anyone, even after I took time to say I wouldn’t be posting a poor review on line (as prompted by Serious fishing). Suggest you get actual people to look at your customer feedback and not bots, extremely poor customer service.

Hi Chris. I'm sorry to hear of the issue. Upon checking, an automated reply was sent but also a follow-up email was sent 11th September (this may possibly have feel into your junk mail folder). In the email we apologised for the delay in responding as our usual customer service representative was on annual leave and we provided tracking and arrival date for your order. We have attempted to phone to discuss this but have had a little difficulty getting through.
Huge let down!
Ordered an item, which on the website didn’t say out of stock, it just wrote will ship in approx 3-5 days.
5 days later, I still didn’t have the item, just one email saying their were delays in stock.
9 days later still nothing so I emailed and got a response saying their are delays and it’s going to be 7 days more before they HOPE to get stock.
So by the time I would get it a month would of gone past.
This was for a 13 year olds present, which I ordered well before his birthday and now it’s gone past and I still have nothing. Every day he phones for an update just for me to disappoint him more.
Please Serious Fishing just state the item is out of stock for up to 3-4 weeks so people looking for items know where they stand!!

Hi Mark. As per our email, any goods we do not stock note an approximate shipping timeframe - in stock goods note "In stock, ready to ship" instead. This allows our customers access to a wider range of goods. Apologies once again as this timeframe was extended on this occasion. Upon checking, your order was cancelled and refunded as requested.

Product arrived today ordered about 3 weeks ago thought id come back and give a review as Amy the sales woman kept me up to date with everything and apologised - very pleased with the communication even tho the order was delayed - bought a nice Pen 5000 combo
