I have used Seraphus a few times now and they are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I use the half hour video link sessions where you can ask your questions and have them answered in a competent but friendly manner. The whole process is straightforward and informal. Basically the opposite of what it's like to deal with the home office!

Representative was exactly on-time for video call and provided clear, concise guidance based on our discussion.

I appointed Seraphus to handle my wife's partner visa application after seeing how complex and expensive the process was even for a citizen of a "friendly" country. I originally found the firm via freemovement.org.uk, an online organisation specialising in immigration and asylum matters so I felt comfortable that these would be good people working to help families and individuals navigate the Home Office rules.

We chose the "full legal representation" service. Anna Hawkes was assigned the bulk of the work on our case and she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Although I'm sure our case was relatively straightforward in comparison to some, Anna always made sure we had timely updates and handled everything very professionally.
