The team were absolutely lovely and friendly from start to finish, the whole process was totally seamless. I had a teeth whitening kit/treatment done and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Easy to locate, amazing team, I had the 2 weeks dental teeth whitening here, process was super easy, dentist checked my teeth over, gave me some recommendations for general tooth and gum care along with a full mouth scan to check my mouth was healthy.

After this was completed a full 3D scan was completed and a mould made of my teeth within the week, so simple and easy..

Once the gum shields were fitted I was walked through the process along with any considerations to make with foods and drinks.

I wore the retainers over night for 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier !

Dr Joe and Lizzie were both fantastic in the advice they gave and the check-ins during treatment were very welcome. I recently went in for an Invisalign consultation and was blown away by their professionalism, deep expertise, and genuinely kind approach something that is incredibly hard to find. Dr. Vishal is an absolute expert in his field. Beyond his immense skill, he has a genuinely kind, reassuring nature that sets him apart . The front of house team and nurse Nazish was warm and welcoming. Dr Vishal was incredibly thorough, walking me through a digital before and after simulation of my treatment and answering every question with brilliant expertise. Afterward, Rhaimon explained the financial process beautifully he was accommodating with the costs and not pushy at all, incredibly easy and stress-free with zero pressure.

If a company can’t respect a customer’s time for a scheduled appointment, it raises questions about how they handle everything else. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, which also gave me time to check Trustpilot reviews of the person handling Invisalign treatment. After paying upfront, it says he was waiting for months for treatment, hmm scary… Study this company well before you decide on your next steps.

Visited Sensu for a dental hygiene and teeth whitening appointment. It was easy to make the appointment, every team member that I met was friendly and treatments were explained clearly. I liked that the dentist always checked that I was ok and explained everything that they would be doing. The practice is very clean and the dentists are professional and friendly. I had Invisalign Lite with Sensu London and couldn't recommend them enough. My treatment was led by a specialist orthodontist, which really stood out compared to other clinics I considered.

The price was around £2,000 and included all additional aligners/refinements, so the value was excellent. The whole team was friendly, professional, and always on point throughout the process.

I completed my orthodontic treatment here and am very happy with the results! The team was friendly, the orthodontist was highly skilled, and it was easy to get appointments whenever there were issues with my attachments. Sensu also has two locations and they allowed me to easily book into either of the clinics for my review appointments, which was very convenient!
