An excellent service with very supportive staff.

Senior Home Plus contacted me when I was looking for help about transferring my mother from a Care Home to a Nursing Home. My contact HANNAH DAVIS could not have been more helpful. She advised of good homes in my area and I was able to visit and select the best and most appropriate one, all due to relying on her recommendation. Waiting a while for a meeting with social services, Hannah was in constant contact to see how things were progressing. She called me several times and we also kept in touch with emails. I cannot thank Hannah enough for the support and help she gave me with this difficult process. All went well and my mother has been successfully transferred to a really good nursing home. I would recommend anyone to contact Senior Home Plus for their advice. Thank you Hannah.

Excellent service

I wish to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Senior Home Plus. I recently faced a challenging situation in which I was required to secure immediate, high-quality nursing care for a close friend who had suffered a fall while awaiting surgery. As I reside more than two hours away and am not well acquainted with the local area, this task presented significant difficulty.

Upon contacting Senior Home Plus, I had the privilege of speaking with Ms. Elaine Kaye. After outlining the circumstances, Ms. Kaye responded with professionalism, reassurance, and a sincere willingness to assist. She promptly compiled a comprehensive list of suitable nursing homes within the required area and went so far as to contact each facility on my behalf.

Her diligence enabled us to make a fully informed decision regarding the most appropriate placement for my friend. Ms. Kaye alleviated the considerable stress and emotional strain associated with navigating this process under such urgent and challenging conditions.

Exceptional Support During a Difficult Time

I live in Canada, and trying to support my elderly mother-in-law from a distance has been very challenging. During my search for resources, I came across the Senior Home Plus website and began completing the online form. Unfortunately, the form would not accept my Canadian phone number, which left me feeling quite frustrated and unsure how to reach anyone for assistance.
To my surprise, within about 15 minutes I received a call from an advisor named Maya, and the experience completely turned around. Maya Smith was exceptionally helpful—she listened patiently, asked thoughtful questions, and showed genuine understanding of the difficulties we are facing. She provided clear guidance on what information we would need, what steps to take, and what to look for when evaluating care options.

Maya also went above and beyond by sending me a list of care homes in the area where my mother-in-law had lived and even offered to contact the homes on our behalf to check availability. Her support made an enormous difference; for the first time in a long while, I felt I wasn’t navigating this process alone or in the dark.
I am deeply grateful for Maya’s empathy, professionalism, and proactive assistance.

Great customer service from Jennifer…

Great customer service from Jennifer Walker. Kept up to date with any relevant care homes suitable for our mother in law/mam. Not receiving calls too much however as requested more on email to read when available to do so.
Jennifer was friendly and professional. The only reason we didn’t go with the suggested care home was because for now we have decided to continue with carers visiting the house.

Great help with Mum move from Sussex to Surrey

Emma (Wilson) helped us through a very difficult transition for my Mum moving from Sussex to a Care Home in Surrey. Emma was so helpful, provided details of suitable Homes us and booked us the viewing appointments. Mum is now settled in a lovely Home in Virginia Water , so grateful Emma was there to help us.

Omg evil, awful data harvesters

Omg! Don't even begin to fill their enquiry form!!! I started completing it then realised they were trying to get SO MUCH private data i didn't follow through. So even though I hadn't submitted the form i started getting unsolicited and unwelcome calls from them from the rudest man ever.
I have requested an immediate request to remove all my data and intend to report to the ICO. This sort of behaviour is abhorrent, especially when people enquiring may be extremely vulnerable.

Extremely Helpful

I had an urgent situation which I needed to resolve regarding my mother's care.
Living 200 miles away I was given the most wonderful support by Hannah Davis who organized visits to care homes meeting the criteria fory mother's needs in a couple of hours enabling me to travel.Hannah was so supportive and efficient I had chosen a new home for my mother within 24 hours.
I cannot praise this service enough and would highly recommend it .

Excellent advice

Elaine Kaye responded quickly to my request for advice on how to choose residential setting with nursing care suitable for my 102 year old father. He had partially recovered from a serious infection which had been treated in hospital. He'd been very well looked after in Perth House with a view to rehabilitation into is own home but was not sufficiently fit to manage there. Elaine listened carefully and was able to recommend homes with appropriate facilities. We secured a bed at Ashbourne Lodge where Dad is receiving kind and compassionate care. Thank you Elaine for your kindness and professional support.

Help needed and given

I was contacted by Jenifer Walker with an offer to help us find suitable respite care for my Husband. I was greatly impressed with her friendliness and meticulous attention to every relevant detail of the help we needed. We quickly received a suggestion of a suitable care home. We visited and it so right for our needs we booked on the spot.

Insensitive and no help whatsoever...

I made contact around 2 years ago trying to find care for my poorly Mum. I was asked what my requirements were and it was clear they couldn’t find anything suitable. However they kept contacting me with Homes that did not meet my needs. I asked them to stop calling as I had found somewhere myself that met all our requirements. They stopped contacting me for a while, my Mother sadly passed away not many weeks after finding her new home. I was contacted again and explained via email and phone conversation that she had passed away. I have been contacted 3 times in the last 6 weeks asking if I’m still looking for a Home for my Mum... well obviously not. I have replied to 3 emails to explain the situation but the contact keeps happening. PLEASE stop contacting me, remove me from your system and show some respect!
