A good experience all round
A good experience all round. From getting a quote, placing the order and getting the shipment delivered everything was good. Communication throughout was great. When the product arrived the quality is very good and went together easily. The cabinets look great and would recommend them.

Quality furniture
Bought several pieces of furniture from Sena Furniture. The first was over 10 years ago and it still looks like new, very happy with the quality. Recently bought a new dining table. The manufacturer initially sent the wrong legs but Sena were very good at resolving the problem for me. Table looks fab.

Neala 210 sideboard
I ordered a Neala 210 sideboard - it really is a fantastic piece of furniture. It looks great and looks far more expensive than it actually was. It arrived almost fully assembled - the Sena guys just had to put the doors on when it was in situ.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the delivery time was 6.5 weeks rather than the 3-5 weeks stated on the website. Having said that, they rang me to agree a specific delivery slot with me and were punctual on the day.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Great sideboard when it arrived
Great sideboard when it arrived, my husband put it together and we are really happy with it. The only complaint I would make is the length of time it took to get to us. The reviews said it would be about 2 - 3 weeks but it took a lot longer for delivery. I would order from this company again.

The shoe cabinet was well made and exactly as described in the advert. Delivery was very prompt and everything arrived in good condition - the packaging was very secure. Self assembly of the unit went well, and everything fitted together nicely and accurately, although the overall task took much longer than the optimistic 1.5 hours suggested in the booklet. Thankfully all the small parts and screws, etc. were complete with no missing bits.

Absolutely blown away with my sideboard purchase from Sena Furniture. It fits the space in my conservatory perfectly, so much space, and the man who put it all together was so careful and took his time to make sure everything was properly aligned with the doors. Just got my bedroom furniture delivered and I'm over the moon! Got the full set - bed, bedside tables and highboard. Everything's gorgeous and such good value. Delivery guys were legends - built it all, took away the packaging and were really friendly. The bed's properly solid and the storage pieces are perfect. Dead chuffed with how it's all turned out! Travelled some distance to Sena…
Travelled some distance to Sena Furniture.
Struggled to locate the shop but once found and inside, we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of catalogues to browse through with some thoroughly helpful guidance from the shop rep. Wasn’t pushy at all which a nice surprise too.
Finally decided on a some furniture with a little help.
Delivery took much longer than expected and had to chase a few times. We have received delivery and are thrilled with the purchase from to finish.

Excellent service, good quality furniture
I ordered the Eris 1 TV stand. I was keen on a quick delivery and found it easy to liaise with the company via the Chat service. It was delivered less than a week later. The delivery company was brilliant, giving continuous updates regarding where they were and when to expect them. They delivered the unit to my room of choice. I opted for the self assembly option. I assembled the unit on my own so it took me much longer to complete than suggested but I found the procedure fairly straightforward overall. Just take your time and lay everything out before hand. The unit was actually very well packed so no issues with any scratches or damage. I even managed to get the doors aligned exactly which has often been an issue with self assembly in the past. The unit is solid with a lovely wooden top. My only slight issue is with the lighting. I would have preferred a warm light rather than a cool white light. That is something I may change myself if it continues to annoy me. Otherwise everything else was great. I would highly recommend this company.
