We purchased a very beautiful TV unit and I have to say, it really is lovely and well made.
The team at Sena were also very responsive and so helpful when we were first considering the purchase and had a few questions.
We did have a small issue with delivery times which is why I am giving 4 stars instead 5. I think we ended up being about two weeks late, but to be honest, I read the reviews before purchasing so I had prepared myself for this event and we weren't in any particular rush.
Overall, despite it being a little late, it's a beautiful piece of furniture and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

We are delighted with our purchase. The quality is superb and the professional fitting service provided ensured that it all looks as it was designed to. The delivery man was excellent
The delivery man was excellent. He brought the tv stand in, unpacked it and put it in place. All with a cheery and professional attitude. The furniture itself is well made and we’re extremely pleased with it.

The furniture is exactly as shown online, the delivery was a bit longer than expected but customer service were very helpful and told me the exact date and time for delivery. The delivery man was also very friendly and put the unit exactly where we wanted it!

Got a shoe cabinet that was out of stock from other suppliers, they went above and beyond to deliver the furniture even ahead of schedule to make the delivery of the package easier for me.

Damaged, Incomplete Order and Weeks of Delays
Ordered a sideboard in March. The item arrived later than expected, with multiple missing parts and damaged panels, making assembly impossible.
I then spent weeks chasing a resolution. I was told replacement parts would be sent, then informed a full replacement unit had been dispatched, yet no tracking information was ever provided and no replacement arrived as promised.
Communication throughout was poor and inconsistent. At one stage I was advised to dispose of the original unit, only for the company to later request its return. I was also asked to close an active bank dispute before a refund could be processed, which I was not prepared to do.
After more than a month of delays, broken promises, unanswered emails and wasted time, I had no option but to involve my bank to recover my money.
What should have been a simple furniture purchase became weeks of being passed from one excuse to the next. Between the damaged goods, missing parts, failed replacement promises and constant chasing for answers, I completely lost confidence in this company. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and one that could have been avoided with honest communication and competent after-sales support.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Good quality furniture
Good quality furniture. Opted to have the furniture built rather than flat pack and this was done well on site. Generally very pleased. My questions were answered promptly.
