Excellent customer service. Responded to all queries promptly and updated me throughout, very helpful. I ordered a cashmere side board for our living room, beautiful piece of furniture. Overall extremely happy, would order from sena furniture again and would definitely recommend.

It's only when things go wrong that a customer gets an accurate assessment of their supplier's level of customer service.
Such was the case with one of our orders with Sena. The tv unit we ordered suffered with a door that didn't hang correctly. Sena ordered new parts and attended one evening to fit them and resolve the problem.
The quality of all the furniture we ordered was excellent although the delivery dates were later than initially advised. Disappointingly, Sena wasn't proactive with order status but very responsive to email enquiries.
Would we buy from Sena again? Yes! They're nice people to do business with, the products they sell are keenly priced and good quality and Sena knows the meaning of good service and how to achieve it!
If there was a grumble it would be Sena's lack of proactive communication with order status - but in our experience, that was of minimal consequence.

Perfect piece of furniture …
We have used Senna before and can’t fault the service we received. A lovely bespoke cabinet which is exactly what we ordered and wanted. Nothing was to much trouble even when we asked that the drawer to be moved.

Very happy with my purchase
I am always a little apprehensive ordering a product that I can see only online that will be a central piece of the room however I am delighted with the Amber Modern TV stand that I ordered from Sena furniture.
It is a beautiful piece, well made and looks more expensive than it is. Comparing it to others that I had seen in stores it definitely is value for money.
Good delivery service, person delivering was respectful of my home.
