I have worked with Select Quote to get Term Life Insurance multiple times and find their offers to always be the lowest cost to my pocketbook. Believe me, I do compare each time I shop. Select Quote does not disappoint.

Select quote was a huge waste of my time. 20 minutes or so filling out the online form, then 30 minutes on the phone with some nice lady who asked me all the same questions and a few more, then another 20-30 minutes with the actual agent or whatever he was answering those same damn questions and more yet again, only to be told at the end that I would need to take a day off work, fast for 8 hours, give blood, urine, etc. at a doctors office to maybe get an offer of insurance (not a policy). Thanks for wasting my time, but if that was necessary to get a policy, why not state that upfront and be done with it? My time is worth something to me if nobody else. Thanks for wasting it. I went with another company and got my $250,000 policy the same day. Their process is anything but easy or quick. Rule #1 of business: make it easy for your customers to give you money. Select quote doesn’t do that in my experience. At all.

Did not make the connection with right company

The entire process was quick and easy. Nick Smith was professional and courteous and got me to the best insurance company for my needs. I am still waiting for information on acceptance (I am over 70) but the overall experience with SelectQuote was very pleasant and helpful.

The process was quick and thorough. Although it required lots of individuals however the staff were on job to get things done the right way.

Benjamin Constant was rude when I told him that I selected another insurance company with a lower rate. He was also insisting about wanting to know the other insurance rate and hang up on me when I said that I didn’t want to share with him. I also sent him an email asking to delete all my personal information and to reply to that email acknowledging my request. He never replied to me
