Awful. Between sending me to a clinic that falsely reported my weight and height (which drove my rate up), to employee getting terminated/resigned that was handling that appeal, to you not doing your part to process the correct information that resulted in my quote expiring, the whole thing was ridiculous. If it weren’t for myself taking action and contacting Symetra directly, nothing would have happened. Symetra people were absolute rockstars of customer service and handled the entire thing in a matter of a couple of hours. You couldn’t get it done over 4 months. Just bad service by SelectQuote.

SelectQuote was great! Banner Life rated my policy and the increased premium did not make sense to me. I contacted Banner Life with additional documentation several times and they did not change the increased premium. No issues with SelectQuote as they tried to help with no success either.

Quick and easy and cost effective, Hannah stayed in touch throughout the process. She checked in every few days to update me and worked with me through the information stages.

Second purchase of life insurance through Select Quote. Both times the communication has been excellent. Continuous updates throughout the process. The medical exam was flawless and I even received the results of the exam. Very happy with the service provided by Select Quote.

Great customer service

I was quoted a rate with Banner life. I had a term policy which was expiring and had been offered to keep it at the same or lower coverage. I questioned the Select Quote agent if I should keep it in force at least until I was officially covered by Banner Life, he told me there was no need. I let that policy go. It took well over 2 months for Banner to come back with a quote over 3 times higher than what the Select Quote agent told me, the reason was my R/A, which I disclosed to the Select Quote agent at the time of the initial quote. Bad advice from someone who should have known better. I would not recommend the service

The initial phone call was very overwhelming with the amount of information wasn’t answer and how quickly it was spoke as well as the amount that was then in I was supposed to answer. I could barely remember half of what she said. It seems it would be better to see it all in text form/paperwork to better process everything and for better accuracy. Some of these things need a little thought.

Professional thus far, you have hit the timetables on exactly what you said.

Excellent service

SelectQuote took out an unauthorized charge from my financial institution then refused to acknowledge that they didn’t notify me of upcoming changes. I would never recommend them to anyone. My 3 adult children are researching life insurance companies for themselves and their families. I advised them to steer clear. Very unfortunate because I’ve been with this company for 20 years.

My experience with the company was very good. The person who I worked with was very knowledgeable.

Felt a bit pressured after being connected with a live agent. Truly told everyone involved that I just wanted an estimate. After receiving quote I reiterated that this was just for information.
