My sister referred me to agent Alonya Bates who set her up with a Zing Medicare Advantage plan that covers all her needs. I reached out to Alonya and she found a plan that met all my needs. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.

Preyiing upon senior citizens
so this company called my mom out of the blue. They pretended to have the same name as a relative, and managed to talk her into switching her medicare coverage. This isn't the first time we have had issues with said company. Happens every year around november and october when open enrollment opens up.

Changing Medicare Plans can be intimidating. I spoke with one person throughout the basic process. Not one time, was I handed off to another, or made to feel abandoned. For over an hour he ..explained why, before ever putting me on a brief hold. When we finished with ALL he was able to do for me, the person with the pharmacy was brought online and introduced. Everyone was professional, well informed and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. The plan he hooked me up with is by far better and leaves me with an extra $400 to $500 a month. I couldn't be more pleased.
