I received a call 3 months ago my finances were not good and when I was called back I felt like I was listed to, I explained what my wanted for my dad and a call back was arranged for 1pm the next day. They called on time. They were amazing friendly, professional, understanding and explained everything in a way that I understood. They were not pushy or put pressure on me to get something. They were so good from the call from Noel the day before and when I received a call back, Noel passed me over to Myha who was helpful and she was very down to earth and easy to talk to and she was just amazing and lovely. It was a positive call all around and a very pleasant experience I’m glad I chose National Friendly they were really friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Noel for calling back after 3 months and for calling the next day on time and thank you for introducing Myha who helped, explained, and was patient with me. Fantastic customer care and service. Well deserved 5 star and more.
