This is the third time we have used Yellow Brick and there is a reason why we keep coming back.
This time we have had Andy Winston assisting with our mortgage and he's been great! Incredibly thorough and informative, always at the end of a phone or email and resolves queries/questions super quickly! It's incredibly settling to know someone experienced is helping guide us through the process.
Yellow Brick appreciate returning customers which is refreshing and we will certainly be coming back when its ready for mortgage review once again!

Simply reliable

I was referred to yellow brick mortgages by my original estate agents. Jon was fantastic throughout the process and was a great source of source of knowledge, especially as we were buying an older property requiring renovation. Unfortunately, this fell through due to the seller, however Jon remained on hand and helped us with the next property. There were multiple hurdles in this process including a change of job and that needing to be managed and agreed with mortgage vendors. All in all (not due to yellow brick) the process took just over a year, Jon remained on hand and resolved all requests and issues very quickly. I would definitely recommend yellow brick mortgages to my friends and family in the future.

Gethin has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole mortgage process. From the very start, he was so efficient and quick, we were on a call with him the day after viewing the house, and he’s been available whenever we’ve needed him, even evenings and weekends.

He took the time to explain everything to us in a way that actually made sense, and no question ever felt silly. He’s so down to earth, professional, and genuinely lovely to speak to, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

Despite our situation, he managed to secure us a mortgage with a specialist lender, and the speed of everything has just been incredible. We only viewed the house 3 weeks ago and already have our mortgage offer accepted!

Sam Hill was brilliant!

I had talked with a different advisor beforehand, they gave me generic guidelines and implied I couldn't get a mortgage yet.

Sam on the other hand talked me through what different lenders expect/offer in detail and was able to get me what I wanted, no problem at all! (He didn't just tell me what I could have Googled)

He clearly knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable, so I felt like I was in good hands through the process!

Claire Creed was excellant on giving us the advice we needed and obtaining prompt response from the mortgage adviser
