Fabulous tool that helps you finding rewards flights. BA website is clunky and trying to find anything there is not simple or easy and takes forever. SeatSpy fixes this issue.

Easy to understand and saves so much time
Really easy to understand user interface and a damned useful resource - especially as I travel mainly with VA and BA. Saves so much time and energy trying to ascertain what reward availability exists compared to going to the airlines direct

Problems with service and poor communication
Originally gave a 5* review, as thought the service and visual display of available flights was great. However, as of late the core functionality of the website I.e. alerting to available reward flights hasn’t been working. This has been compounded by no proactive communication of the issues the site is having. Anyone who’s been solely relying on this site for reward inventory to open up, may well have missed available seats. Much better communication needed. Probably some compensation for paying members when the site isn’t functioning properly should also be offered.

Seatspy is brilliant and super efficient!
Seatspy is brilliant - it’s a centralised place to search for reward flights. It has saved me a lot of time and enabled me to secure return business class for two people for Japan.
The time and money saved searching for reward flights definitely outweigh the small monthly fee.
Try it - you will be amazed! Next trip is to Maldives and I’m sure I’ll be able to secure premium seats using the alerts.

Simply awesome! If you watch a real chance at securing hard to get Avios redemptions this is the service for you! I have managed to get premium tickets to destinations such as Male (Maldives) and Asia which disappear in minutes. Highly recommended!

I signed up during the beta phase and it was really useful to check for reward seats. Have since signed up to the first class service and true to their promise, I get regular alerts for the exact dates I need, and have managed to bag upper class flights for next year!

As a founder member the system is great, very intuitive and easy to get around. Alerts are great and much easier to quickly see whats available than trawling through airlines websites directly.
