L'expérience Seats & Sofa est bonne
L'expérience Seats & Sofa est bonne. Les vendeurs sont à l'écoute et l'amabilité est de mise, bref une visite agréable en famille et efficace à l'achat. Nous avons passé commande et réception en 2 livraisons vu que tout n'était pas de stock. La première, ils (société Multiline) débarquent et, c'est service minimum de chez minimum. On vous tape le fauteuil sur le trottoir (mea pas vouloir mettre le fauteuil à l'intérieur alors que de plein pied et j'ai une table au coude... et ciao. La seconde, malheureusement, agenda professionnel modifié en dernière minute, je ne suis pas à la maison et mon épouse réceptionne (en pleine réunion team's) et malheur, elle n'a pas le liquide suffisant. Elle propose de faire un virement directement et de montrer la preuve de paiement, rien n'y fait. Language injurieux des livreurs... et de lancer en repartant avec le repose pied... "ca te coutera le double madame"... le ton monte. Nous demandons la facture de la livraison et rien, "ce sera envoyé" alors que nous n'avons pas eu la facture de la livraison précédente il y a 2 mois. Double tarif, en liquide, sans facture... ca sent l'arnaque à l'argent noir. Si vous achetez chez eux, pensez à prévoir votre propre livraison et asap sinon, vous avez des frais de stockage supplémentaires... bref, après une bonne expérience en magasin, le sentiment final est plutôt cata....

Très bon accueil, très bon conseil du vendeur. Petit bémol, il est compliqué de s'y retrouver lorsqu'on veut choisir un canapé malgré le livret qui nous est donné...mais le vendeur est là pour nous aider.

Seats and Sofas are unavailable
So Seats and Sofas were kind enough to post a reply to my complaint. Only one problem with that. The actual phone number they provide is constantly unavailable. I’ve been trying to respond for 3 days.
So I physically drove to Seats and Sofas today. Result? Nothing. I went there because it’s impossible to reach this company by phone. The receptionist was very friendly but not helpful at all. I’m still thoroughly disgusted by how we were treated by the delivery service of this company but thankfully the word is spreading. I have been cheated out of a lot of money for a service that we did not receive. Very unprofessional and deceptive.

Heel vriendelijk personeel (Machelen)
Heel vriendelijk personeel (Machelen). Bij de aankoop van onze zetel heeft de verkoper (Said) ons zeer professioneel en warm ontvangen. We hebben correcte informatie gekregen en goede tips. Tegelijkertijd hebben we ruimte en tijd gekregen om onze keuze te maken.
Toen de zetel geleverd was konden we zetel oorspronkelijk niet meteen afhalen, personeel was begripvol en vriendelijk.
Goede prijs kwaliteit en keuze voor alle budgetten en smaken.

Wij hebben inmiddels 4 jaar geleden een salon gekocht en nog steeds als nieuw .wordt dagelijks gebruikt .
Is bij ons vanwege huisdieren wel beschermd met dekens .
Ik zou er opnieuw kopen .en hangt idd af van het leder en prijs wat jezelf wil .
Dus geef iets meer uit .jaren winst en plezier
