Ware am 24.07.2022 bestellt und bezahlt, bis heute nicht geliefert. Emails werden nicht mehr beantwortet.
Unseriöses Unternehmen, nicht zu empfehlen.

Nicht zu empfelen.
Ich habe im Mai 2022 ein Gartentor und eine Paneel bestellt während der 30% Aktion.
Mir wurde komplett Betrag abgebucht, was ich bis jetzt trotz mehrere Email nicht zurückbekommen habe und die bestellte Ware ist auch noch nicht angekommen.
Finger weg !

bitte bestellt nicht. Wie mein Vorgänger.... Ware bestellt, per Paypal bezahlt, bekam eine Email das die Ware das Lager verläßt, aber jetzt nach 4 Monaten ist nichts angekommen

Ich habe Mitte April eine Bestätigung meiner Bestellungen erhalten, und sofort mit Pay Pal bezahlt.
Am 16.05.2022 schrieb mir Screen With Envy, dass meine Ware im Juli 22 versendet wird. Bis heute habe ich meine Ware nicht erhalten.
Ich wurde nur vertröstet. Die Ware ist schon im Lager in den Niederlanden verpackt und wartet nur noch auf den Spediteur.
Dann wurde kurz danach mittgeteilt, dass die Bestellungen morgen direkt von England zugesendet werden könnte. Ich muss nur damit einverstanden sein.
Ich habe dann am 01.08.22, nach nunmehr 105 Tagen, meine Bestellung storniert und den Kaufpreis von 3.000, - € zurückverlangt.
Die Bestätigungs-Mail habe ich auch am 01.08.22 erhalten.
Screen With Envy hat am 01.08.22 geschrieben: Innerhalb 10 Tagen bekommen Sie die Rückerstattung.
Bis heute habe ich meine Rückerstattung nicht erhalten.

Same as everyone else I guess. Order placed in July and still not delivered. No reply to my emails or calls whatsoever. Stay away!

Diabolical. My wife ordered two screens that did turn up in the given time frame however I was not at all pleased with the quality so at our own cost we returned them. After many exchanged email with various members of staff we were assured our refund would be given some attention. After 2 months we still had not received our refund. And then no replies to our emails and when we tried on many occasions to telephone them a fault message was given. We contacted our credit card company and a refund was made via them. This took two and a half months to be resolved. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

Im September bestellt, danach anfangs noch via E-Mail vertröstet, dass es noch 2 Wochen bis zu Lieferung gehen würde. Seit 2 Monaten keine Antworten mehr auf meine E-Mail erhalten. Zum Glück konnten wir über PayPal den Kaufpreis zurückholen...

Panels arrived August, one was wrong colour (black instead of grey). They collected incorrect black panel but still haven’t supplied replacement correct grey panel. No response from our many many email enquiries & no phone lines operational. Following our original purchases in 2020, we've experienced challenges with this company in obtaining items & incorrect deliveries, unfortunately we had to persevere as it needed to match what we had started. We now had a gap in the middle of panels – looks ridiculous but we cant get any responses & out of pocket

I had to go back to my credit card to reclaim the money. Repaid after dispute today 14/11/22

Ich habe meinen Sichtschutz Anfang September bestellt. Auf Nachfrage teilte man mit, dass die Ware am Lager ist, aber die Auslieferung Schwierigkeiten macht. In 2 Wochen sollte jedoch geliefert werden. Nach weiteren 4 Wochen fragte ich wieder mehrfach an, bekomme keine Reaktion mehr. Erschreckend wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Zumindest eine Rückmeldung wäre anständig. Ich habe es auf Deutsch und Englisch versucht.

EIn Stern ist zu viel.
Anfang Septmeber ein Element bestellt.
Nach 2 Wochen wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten vertröstet. Das Angebot bekommen die Ware vor Ort in den Niederlande abzuholen. WTF ich wohne bei Hamburg!!!
Danach nichts mehr gehört. Weder über die Website, noch social Kanäle!!!

Bin leider auch auf die Betrugsmasche rein gefallen. Hatte im April ein Tor bestellt. Aufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten, wurde ich auf mehreren Nachfragen bis August vertröstet. Dann hieß es das Tor sei da. Es wurde aber nie geliefert und auf schriftliche Nachfrage oder Anruf erfolgte keine Reaktion mehr. Ich kann nur raten, FINGER WEG!!!

I ordered a gate & planter in May 2022. Still not received & so many emails - no replies. I now need to go back to my bank to reclaim the money. It’s a shame as my first experience with them was good & I have 2 beautiful panels.

Ja, auch mich hats getroffen.. wirklich schade, schöne Ware aufm Bild, in Realität keine Beurteilung möglich-keine Ware, trotz Zahlung (Bestellung Anfang 09/22); anfangs eine Mail scheinbar gängige Art & Hinhaltetechnik mit Spediteurproblem aber innerhalb von 2 Wo sollte es erledigt sein.. ja nix war..Zahlung erfolgte via paypal, problemlos Fall eröffnet, Geld, wenn auch minimaler Abzug zeitnah zurückerhalten. Super enttäuscht.. schade.

Do not use this company.

I ordered a radiator cover from them back in January 2022 and it never arrived, despite endless calls, emails etc trying to chase it up.

Now I’ve been chasing and chasing to get a refund and apparently/conveniently their phones are now not working, it’s been that way for weeks.

They’ve basically taken my money for an order they aren’t fulfilling and won’t respond to email requests for a refund, beyond disgusting service, please steer clear!!

I placed an order December 2021, still waiting for it to be delivered.
They never answer the phone, only time they would reply was on chat but not even getting that now.
Never respond to emails.
But have taken the money, not happy to say the least.
Kept getting told there was a delay on delivery.
Been trying again today to get a response but nothing.

I too have ordered frim this company in July and have not yet received order. I have emailed them several times no response. I would give them a 0 rating

Do not order from this company, they take your money and do not fulfil orders. I placed an order in april for some radiator covers which have yet to be delivered, and I kept being given different timeframes for delivery. Now they are not replying to emails or on their chat service and their phone lines are down too. Yet they are still posting on instagram so much still be trading (I notice they have disabled comments on their posts which leads me to believe they know they'll have waves of unhappy customers posting) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very concerned to see so many reports of goods not being delivered. I too am waiting for delivery of some trellis’s ordered mid august and have had no response. I’ve filed a dispute form with my bank to try to get my money back, but worryingly they are still actively trading on their website so others could order without seeing reviews like these first. If they have indeed gone out of business as some of the posts suggest this is fraud, is there a way to report this?
