Do not buy from this company. They are fraudulent. I spent £740 in April and have not received anything it even a response. This company is bogus.

Horrific customer service. Doesn’t respond to emails or calls. Placed an order but not even a confirmation email over a week later. £770.

Ordered 6 panels got 1 trellis, then 3 more turned up (all damaged) but not the pattern I ordered. Been given run around But luckily I paid with clearpay so they only got £50. Clearpay dispute is working on it.

I ordered a radiator cover in September 2022 and received no confirmation email. I’d had a courier email, so didn’t pay it much attention.

Then, later in the year (or possibly early this year) I received a letter saying the company was being liquidated. I was sent a loooong list of people’s and businesses they owed money to, some with an alarming number of 000s.

I wasn’t sure what the next step was, but I assumed a refund should the assets be sold and enough money recouped. However. I wasn’t expecting the original owners to BUY IT BACK.

Apparently they had the best offer on the table (for the company they ran into the ground), so here we are. Months later, many people out of pocket and the unscrupulous company directors taking in yet more unsuspecting customers.

I asked the solicitor that was in touch regarding the liquidation where I stood, and was informed my purchase was ‘unsecured’ and nothing was going to happen.

Absolutely DO NOT buy from Screen with Envy. I have all the documentation to prove this and a google search will help fill in their colourful history.

I’ve been banned from commenting on their Facebook page as I had the audacity to ask where my order was. That should say a lot about their position on things.

Honestly, pay a bit more and buy from a business that will actually deliver your order, there are others who offer similar products.

Same experience as so many others. Order never received and all communication ignored. Faulty product reported and never got a response until They went bankrupt, only to open again very quickly. Guess what; The new company are still refusing to respond to me as well. Avoid like the plague!

habe letztes Jahr einen Sichtschutz für 1.500 Euro gekauft - mehrmals reklamiert und die Ware nie erhalten.

Neueröffnung von dem Geschäft und sehr schöne Sichtschutzgitter wurden innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Deutschland geliefert! Jederzeit wieder!

Dreadful, fraudulent company. Paid £600 last year and nothing received. After a few months of trying to contact them they went bust, only to start up again recently! How is it allowed?? Sophie Burkett the owner should be prosecuted for theft 😡

Das ist eine Seite mit betrügerischen Machenschaften. Vor 1 Jahr habe ich eine Heizkörperverkleidung bestellt , die ich bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten habe. Die 80 Euro wurden jedoch abgebucht . Auf Nachfragen wird man immer wieder vertröstet und das Geld bekam ich auch noch nicht zurück. Im Internet macht diese Firma kräftig Werbung. Finger weg...ein Stern ist schon zu viel. Ich frage mich wann da endlich mal jemand eingreift .

Disgusting. I ordered two radiator covers in June 2022, pad with debit card and despite several emails and phone calls they still haven’t arrived. Phone calls and emails now don’t get answered or replied to.
As a final insult I received an email today offering me 75% of my next purchase!
Scammers.

Ware im Frühjahr 2022 erhalten. Nach zweiter Bestellung nichts mehr, wie bei den anderen. ACHTUNG: paypal erstattet nur bis max. 6 Monate nach Kauf zurück!

I ordered screens in June 2022. I paid with a debit card. I never received the screens despite many promises from the company. Then in august they stopped picking up the phone and did not reply to emails. I requested a refund many times. I never received it and my bank did not refund me either .

Wir haben 2020 schon bei Screen with Envy bestellt und damals tatsächlich Ware, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, nach 4 Monaten geliefert bekommen. Die Screens in Creme waren wunderschön, wenn es auch Abweichungen bei den Farben gab. Wir wollten ein weiteres Projekt mit den Screens machen und haben wieder bestellt. Einfach weil es nicht Vergleichbares auf dem Markt zu geben scheint. Die erneute Bestellung wurde nie geliefert. Hinhalten per Mail wie bei den Anderen. Nachdem ich mit Anwalt gedroht habe, kam eine Versandbestätigung, auch von einer polnischen Spedition. Die Ware ist nie angekommen. Dank Paypal konnten wir unser Geld zurück bekommen.

Ordered two screens in Feb 22 which were supposed to be delivered in 15 days - 4 months later they were delivered, both broken and unusable.

After several emails and photos they agreed to replace them.

7 month and many emails later, nothing.

Now emails are being ignored

Bin ganz traurig dass es jetzt scheinbar keine Möglichkeit mehr gibt was zu bestellen.

Vorsicht, Betrüger!!! Nicht bestellen!!

Ware im April 2022 bestellt. Anfangs wurden Emails beantwortet und der Liefertermin immer weiter nach hinten verschoben.
Bis heute: Keine Ware, Kein Geld zurück erhalten.
Werden nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Reading the reviews apparently I was not the only person swindled by this company. I ordered 3 screens in May and paid for these. I was not able to pay through PayPal so I paid them directly. Many emails later and false promises of the screens being delivered, I have still not received my order. In one email it was suggested that I collect the screens myself from the Netherlands.
Looking at all the similar reviews this company seems to have made a lot of money without delivering the orders.
