This has been my worst ever experience in more than 15 years of online shopping. The initial delivery failed (that can happen) but my efforts thereafter to receive any kind of satisfactory response from Scandi Home were unbelievable. Emails go unanswered and the listed phone number on the website rings for 35+ minutes with no response; no automated message; no option to leave a voicemail. The concept of refunding a customer in respect of non-delivery/non-receipt of goods appears not to exist. The first relevant email response I received from Scandi Home was some SIX HOURS AFTER I had instituted chargeback proceedings via my card provider today and, even then, it was only to say that they were raising an investigation with the courier “in their own time” and might I "be interested in receiving a replacement in the meantime?"!!! I have noted the 5* reviews on Trustpilot when customers have received goods satisfactorily and also the 1* reviews from customers who encountered problems. On balance, I do not believe this is a scam company but rather a woefully under-resourced (? one-man-band) outfit punching above its weight on the back of a very glossy website. It has been my own experience that there is NO customer service available in the event of a problem and I, personally, would never contemplate ordering from this company again.

James is great. Make sure you have an email relationship with him. You won’t regret it! Nothing seedy though, he’s just one of the good guys out there.

Had these rugs before, very durable for kitchen hallway, etc. quite thin but are tougher than they look.

I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago didn’t arrive no way to contact them they don’t answer calls nor emails . This company is a scam

The delivery estimates are a lie. The item I ordered disappeared from the website, so I doubted they even had the stock. I requested a cancellation and they dragged it out by asking whether I could change my mind. Extremely unresponsive to emails. I'm still trying to get a cancellation and may have to retrieve the payment through a PayPal dispute. It's a joke if it's not a con. Terrible company.

It is the first time I have ever ordered something via internet so did so with great trepidation (welcome to the 21st century). But was reassured by the company's efficiency - my carpet was delivered within 5 days of the order. I am delighted with it and it is exactly as described on their website. Only quibble is that, as I am appless, I was not able to ascertain the time of the delivery only the day. But i did have help from their headquarters over this. I would order from them again.

Lovely rug and the colours matching the room.
Unexpected mobile call from delivery to say he is at the door while I was out.
Thankfully, one of our neighbours offered us to take our rug. A reminder would help when and what time arriving.

Do not order. I ordered a rug, no confirmation. I sent 3 emails and threatened to ask my bank to start refund process and they replied saying it was out of stock. I
asked for a refund no response but a few days later a refund appeared. Avoid, terrible customer service.
