Great quality rug. Excellent value and great communication from seller.

Excellent customer service. We ordered our rug which was dispatched within 4 working days and delivered in just over a week. Looking at some previous negative reviews we were quite worried that it was going to be delayed but after contacting Scandi-Home we were given assurances that the rug would be delivered within timescale, which it was.
We are really impressed with the quality and excellent price having seen this rug advertised elsewhere at a much higher cost, also free postage was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Scandi-Home and would have no problem in ordering from them again.

Ordered a rug at a good price I think after doing lots of searching. Ordered and paid on 12th August and apart from initial confirmation of order on same day had no communication from scandi. I e mailed their customer service after one week without contact and a very helpful man, James L replied quickly. To cut a long story short the rug was delivered today 29th August and after several more e mails and eventually a tracking number from carrier which wasn’t recognised. That’s 17 days which without explanation is I think not great. Happy with rug.

Scandi Home price matched a rug I’d seen elsewhere. I saved almost £150! Communication was excellent - friendly helpful and efficient. Do not hesitate to purchase from this fab seller.

Delivery was slower than I imagined and I did have to email a few times before getting a response. But James did get back to me with updates and was responsive. The rug was a good price.
I would buy again.

Do you they even exist for customer service … no one answer calls no replies to countless emails.

Want to return my item and I can’t as you must contact them for the returns process within 14 days .

Iv spent ten days trying to get intouch.

Wish I could agree with these 5star ratings definitely not my experience customer service awful… cancelled a rug as it was not in stock and would not be available until after I’d needed it …however rug arrived month later repeatedly asked for up dates on return this has being going on since May please if customer service is reading this please pick up this RUG my firs experience ordering on Line will definitely be my last……

Spent considerable money in my opinion on a wool rug that within 4 weeks of being laid has shed more wool than a sheep being sheared of its winter coat and has stretched even though it's never moved. It's now mis-shapen and looks used, abused and 10 years old. Have been in touch with James via email who is a houdini and mid correspondence just disappears without explanation. Will never buy from this company again.

Great rug. Yes, the order took a while but James kept in touch about delivery times and I’m very happy!

Very beautiful rug no doubt but sheds balls of wool on a daily basis which means I have to hoover every now and then as I have young children that could easily inhale it.

I ordered a rug on 27th April 2024 and, 3.5 weeks later, haven't yet been given a delivery date despite chasing them many times. There phone line always ring before claiming the shop is closed.

Gorgeous rug that came within a couple of days of placing the order. Scandi honoured their price match promise and I will certainly buy from them again.

Ordered a rug which was faulty. Extremely difficult to contact to arrange a return. No answer on the phone and delays responding to emails. Still waiting!

After a 6 Day wait for My Wool Rug I am Very Happy Indeed, as I Saved at least £30 Compared to all Other Sites and it's a Lovely Rug. 🙂👍

I ordered and paid in full for a rug which clearly was unavailable even though there was no indication of that when I placed the order. Only when I chased it several times over seceral months did they confirm this. Bought another rug as a replacement but still waiting for balance to be refunded. It's a long time for them to have over £300 of my money for a product they can't deliver.

Great quality rug. There was a lack of clarity of when exactly the rug will be delivered but otherwise good service.
