Scale was broke on arrival
Scale was broke on arrival. Needle was loose in the gauge area, bouncing around. Rather than waiting on return authorization and shipping back and forth, I tore it apart and fixed it with super glue. One has to wonder, would it have happened under Old Will Knot?

Fast shipping and good packaging
Fast shipping and good packaging. The only draw back was that the calibration weight was about $ 25 over priced to what I found online after I received it.
Still, great service and nice people to talk with when I ordered.

Shipping was extremely high for an item…
Shipping was extremely high for an item that weighs a literally an ounce. OK, a little more with boxing, but not that much. It also took forever for my order to ship. When you pay $18 to ship an 1-ounce weight, you expect a little more pep in the step.
