We are sorry to hear the scale was not reading as expected upon arrival. Most scales from the manufacturer are quality checked, but they are not calibrated with certified weights prior to shipping. This is why we offer an optional calibration service for customers who need the scale to arrive fully calibrated and ready to use.
While this service was not purchased with your order, we are happy to guide you through calibrating the unit on-site or arrange calibration now if needed. Please reach out to us at service@scalesplus.com and we will be glad to assist.

Scale purchase
My original purchase didn't meet our needs so I returned it. The return process was hassle free and the return was processed quickly. Tyler Hessel answered a lot of my questions to be sure the scale I bought the second time will work for us.
