Super friendly! Very efficient!

Perfect scale. I was able to change from grams to oz. The standard I bought for 1oz measured 1.0oz perfectly accurate. I can use this to buy and sell jewelry. Unit runs off of battery or AC to DC wall transformer. Unit was shipped out quickly. This company is extremely reputable.

Have been looking for a certified scale to use fishing with no luck. Scale works great and service was easy and fast will definingly recommend to anyone.

Needed a new commercial kitchen scale, and purchased this model at the sales person's advice. The tare feature will only work 2-3 times and then no longer unless you shut down the scale and restart it. Also, it often will not switch from pounds to ounces unless, again, you shut it down and restart it. Furthermore, the electric plug is an EXTREEMLY poor design. It plugs in straight up from the bottom, so when the scale is on the table, the cord is bent at a 90 degree angle and the weight of the scale is resting on the cord at that angle. Eventually the cord is going to break and I will have to buy another.
Amended 6/5/25 After the above poor review, the scale company reached out to me stating the issues I was having with the scale were unusual, and felt I may have received a defective product. They offered to ship me another scale, and pay for the return of the original scale. I received the new scale a week ago, and it works beautifully! Could not be more pleased with the product. Additionally, I would give the company 10/10 rating for customer service as they were the ones to reach out to me and offer the replacement. Thank you so much!!!

I received a new scale that was defective when i unpacked it. Probably broken from rough handling during shipping. Called customer service and they sent me a new scale. It works fine.

Customer service reached out to tell me that the part I was ordering had been discontinued. They were able to steer me to the replacement and upon my approval they updated the order. A lot of places would have just stopped at telling me the part was discontinued.

Replacement part made it to our facility in a timely manner. Worked great in our machine.

Price was good, but it's not obvious that they don't stock some of what they sell. I ordered a 100g calibration weight and it took a fair while to come because it turns out it was being drop shipped by a third party. I wish they'd been more upfront about that...

I have used your scales before. After 40 years of service my old scale gave out. I had a hard time finding what I wanted. I got the old one from Blue Press and they didn't seem to carry it anymore. I finally googled your company name and found your website. It seems that my old scale was a little more substantial than the new one. Also, the older scale was easier to fine tune the balance. Overall, I am satisfied with the new scale anyway.
